【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的快速增長，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的不平衡性也開始逐漸加劇。而縣域經(jīng)濟是一種比較小尺度的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟，是國民經(jīng)濟中具有綜合性、相對獨立性、基礎(chǔ)層次性的行政區(qū)域經(jīng)濟。工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、現(xiàn)代化是縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展主題和方向，，發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟是解決 三農(nóng)問題的新的切入點，是全面推進小康建設(shè)的重要任務(wù)。本文采用國內(nèi)有關(guān)縣域經(jīng)濟差異與極化測度方法，對臨沂市縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異的時間與空間演變進行了定性和定量分析。 本文以山東省臨沂市的3區(qū)9縣為研究單元，采用單指標和多指標相結(jié)合的方法定性、定量的分析了臨沂市縣域經(jīng)濟差異特征。一是建立了反映經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟增長能力、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)效益的臨沂市縣域經(jīng)濟差異綜合評價體系，采用SPSS軟件，通過主成分分析法計算各縣的經(jīng)濟綜合水平值，并用聚類分析法將臨沂市縣域經(jīng)濟分為五大類：經(jīng)濟發(fā)達增長緩慢型、經(jīng)濟薄弱快速增長型、經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)中等增長滯后型、經(jīng)濟薄弱增長緩慢型、經(jīng)濟薄弱增長滯后型，并分別分析了各類縣域的特點。二是通過單指標分析法，采用人均GDP分析了2000—2011年的臨沂市縣域經(jīng)濟差異時間演變，分析表明臨沂市縣域經(jīng)濟絕對差異和相對差異均呈擴大趨勢；從集聚性演變看，縣域經(jīng)濟集聚性逐漸減�。粡陌l(fā)展態(tài)勢看，縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展比較平穩(wěn)，近年來縣域經(jīng)濟差異的拉大對臨沂市整體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展開始起阻礙作用。三是通過綜合指標及人均GDP對縣域經(jīng)濟空間全局與局部演變特征進行分析，得出臨沂市縣域經(jīng)濟熱點區(qū)逐漸減少；從人均GDP的平均增長速度和相對發(fā)展率看，經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)增長快，經(jīng)濟落后地區(qū)發(fā)展緩慢，二元經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)更顯著。四是分析了臨沂市縣域經(jīng)濟差異的原因及提出協(xié)調(diào)縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of economy, the imbalance of regional economic development has gradually intensified.County economy is a relatively small scale of regional economy, is a comprehensive, relatively independent, basic administrative regional economy.Industrialization, urbanization and modernization are the theme and direction of the development of county economy, and the development of county economy is the solution to this problem.The new entry point of the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers is an important task to promote the construction of well-off society in an all-round way.In this paper, the temporal and spatial evolution of the difference in the development of county economy in Linyi City is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using the method of measuring the difference and polarization of the county economy in China.This paper takes 9 counties in 3 districts of Linyi City, Shandong Province as the research unit, adopts the method of combining single index and multiple index to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the characteristics of county economy difference in Linyi city.First, a comprehensive evaluation system for county economic differences in Linyi, which reflects the level of economic development, the ability of economic growth, and the benefits of economic structure, has been established. The comprehensive economic level of each county is calculated by principal component analysis using SPSS software.The county economy of Linyi City is divided into five categories by cluster analysis: slow economic growth, weak and rapid economic growth, moderate economic growth lag, weak economic growth slow, weak economic growth lagging.And analyzed each kind of county area characteristic separately.From the point of view of the development situation, the development of county economy is relatively stable, and in recent years, the widening of county economic differences has been hindering the overall economic development of Linyi City.The third is to analyze the overall and local evolution characteristics of county economy by comprehensive index and per capita GDP, and draw a conclusion that the hot spots of county economy in Linyi gradually decrease, and from the average growth rate and relative development rate of per capita GDP,The economic developed region grows fast, the economic backward area develops slowly, the dual economic structure is more remarkable.Fourth, it analyzes the reasons of the county economy difference in Linyi and puts forward the countermeasures to coordinate the county economy development.
