【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái)，有著優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約集約等特征的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展模式，逐漸成為國(guó)內(nèi)外地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要載體。作為河南省鄭州市二七區(qū)以河南醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院為中心的商圈（以下簡(jiǎn)稱河醫(yī)商圈）形成醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚地的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群勢(shì)在必行。該區(qū)域也必將成為鄭州市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支撐之一。 首先，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群相關(guān)研究的文獻(xiàn)資料做了比較詳細(xì)的查閱，對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了梳理。其次，對(duì)河醫(yī)商圈產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的基本情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查，并對(duì)河醫(yī)商圈產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行了SWOT研究分析。第三，根據(jù)河醫(yī)商圈產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)狀特征，剖析了河醫(yī)商圈產(chǎn)業(yè)集群存在的問(wèn)題。最后，對(duì)河醫(yī)商圈產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇提出了對(duì)策建議。 文章認(rèn)為，，河醫(yī)商圈產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略主要應(yīng)把握好以下兩點(diǎn)：一是，河醫(yī)商圈產(chǎn)業(yè)集群應(yīng)以技術(shù)密集性、知識(shí)密集性、和服務(wù)獨(dú)特性為主要戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，打造集醫(yī)療、康復(fù)、研發(fā)、商業(yè)、貿(mào)易居住等多功能為一體的、具有專業(yè)性產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向的“綜合商圈”；二是，應(yīng)有效發(fā)揮河醫(yī)商圈產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的優(yōu)勢(shì)，圍繞高端醫(yī)療服務(wù)、醫(yī)療配套服務(wù)、商務(wù)貿(mào)易服務(wù)、教育研發(fā)等四大重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)，構(gòu)建“醫(yī)療經(jīng)濟(jì)”、“樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)”為推動(dòng)力的高端現(xiàn)代服務(wù)體系的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，為中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)和鄭州都市區(qū)建設(shè)迎來(lái)新的發(fā)展贏得先機(jī)。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, industrial agglomeration has become the main carrier of local economic development at home and abroad, which has the characteristics of optimizing economic structure, changing development mode and realizing economy and intensive.As the center of the affiliated hospital of Henan Medical University in Erqi District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, it is imperative to form the industrial cluster of medical industry agglomeration.This area will certainly become one of the important supports of Zhengzhou's economic development.First of all, the paper makes a detailed reference to the literature of industrial clusters at home and abroad, and combs the relevant theories of industrial clusters.Secondly, this paper investigates the basic situation of the industry cluster of he Yi business district, and carries on the SWOT research and analysis to the industry cluster of the river medical business district.Thirdly, according to the characteristics of the industry cluster, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the industrial cluster.Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the choice of industrial cluster development strategy in Heyi business district.The paper holds that the development strategy of the industry cluster of the Heyi business district should grasp the following two points: first, the industrial cluster should take the technology intensive, the knowledge intensive, and the service uniqueness as the main strategic goal, and build the medical treatment and rehabilitation.Research and development, commerce, trade and habitation and other multi-functional "comprehensive business circles" with professional industrial orientation; second, the advantages of the industrial clusters of the river medical circle should be effectively brought into play, focusing on high-end medical services and medical supporting services.Four key industries, namely, business and trade services, education and research and development, should be established as industrial clusters of high-end modern service systems driven by "medical economy" and "building economy".For the Central Plains Economic Zone and Zhengzhou metropolitan construction ushered in a new development opportunities.
