株洲市農(nóng)民消費(fèi)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:近年來,受國際金融危機(jī)的影響,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度逐漸下降,投資占GDP的比重逐年上升,而投資對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的拉動(dòng)作用卻逐漸降低。同時(shí),消費(fèi)增長乏力,中國居民消費(fèi)占GDP比重從1978年的48.8%下降到2012年的35.6%,下降速度世所罕見。為了改變這種局面,占我國戶籍人口64.71%的廣大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)市場被寄予厚望。近年來,各級(jí)政府不斷出臺(tái)家電下鄉(xiāng)、建材下鄉(xiāng)、汽車下鄉(xiāng)、寬帶下鄉(xiāng)等各種惠農(nóng)政策,以便刺激農(nóng)民消費(fèi),激活農(nóng)村消費(fèi)市場,拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。在我國,由于傳統(tǒng)消費(fèi)觀念的影響,加之農(nóng)村地區(qū)長時(shí)期收入水平低、收入增長緩慢且不穩(wěn)定、社會(huì)保障條件有限、消費(fèi)環(huán)境較差,農(nóng)村居民在消費(fèi)方面比較保守,重節(jié)儉、重儲(chǔ)蓄的習(xí)慣根深蒂固,嚴(yán)重制約了農(nóng)村地區(qū)消費(fèi)市場的增長。通過怎樣的方法改變農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)習(xí)慣,激發(fā)農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)潛能,擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村消費(fèi)市場,從而帶動(dòng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)健康快速發(fā)展,是一個(gè)重大的課題。株洲市是湖南省一個(gè)重要的地級(jí)市,是一個(gè)工業(yè)城市,同時(shí)農(nóng)村人口占總?cè)丝诘谋壤匀黄?農(nóng)村居民約占總?cè)丝诘谋壤哂谌『腿珖?截至2012年末,株洲市人口已超過416萬,中心城區(qū)人口達(dá)120萬,農(nóng)村人口占總?cè)丝诘谋壤赃_(dá)到40%左右,農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)市場潛力巨大,如果把農(nóng)村消費(fèi)市場提振,農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的拉動(dòng)作用將會(huì)大幅增加。本文以株洲地區(qū)為主要考察對象,通過對株洲市農(nóng)村消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出其增長緩慢的原因,其次分析株洲農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的拉動(dòng)作用和影響株洲農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)的諸因素,最后給出政策和建議,以便增加農(nóng)民消費(fèi)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of the international financial crisis, China's economic growth rate has gradually decreased, the proportion of investment in GDP has increased year by year, while the role of investment in economic growth has been gradually reduced. At the same time, consumption growth is weak. The proportion of Chinese residents' consumption in GDP declined from 48.8% in 1978 to 35.610% in 2012, which is rare in the world. In order to change this situation, the vast rural residents' consumption market, which accounts for 64.71% of China's household registration population, has been highly expected in recent years. Governments at all levels have constantly introduced various preferential agricultural policies, such as home appliances, building materials, cars, and broadband rural areas, in order to stimulate farmers' consumption, activate the rural consumer market, and stimulate economic growth. In our country, due to the influence of traditional consumption concepts, In addition, in rural areas, the income level is low for a long time, the income growth is slow and unstable, the social security conditions are limited, the consumption environment is poor, and the rural residents are more conservative in consumption, more frugal, and deeply ingrained in the habit of paying more attention to saving. It has seriously restricted the growth of the consumption market in rural areas. How to change the consumption habits of rural residents, stimulate the consumption potential of rural residents, and expand the rural consumption market, thus driving the healthy and rapid development of the national economy, Zhuzhou is an important prefecture-level city in Hunan Province and an industrial city. At the same time, the proportion of rural population to the total population is still on the high side, and the proportion of rural residents in the total population is higher than that of the whole province and the whole country. By the end of 2012, Zhuzhou had a population of more than 4.16 million and a central city population of 1.2 million. The proportion of rural population to the total population still reached about 40 percent. The potential of rural residents' consumption market is huge. If the rural consumer market is boosted, The pulling effect of rural residents' consumption on economic growth will be greatly increased. This paper, taking Zhuzhou as the main object of investigation, finds out the reasons for its slow growth by analyzing the current situation of rural consumption in Zhuzhou. Secondly, it analyzes the pulling effect of Zhuzhou rural residents' consumption on economic growth and the factors influencing Zhuzhou rural residents' consumption. Finally, it gives some policies and suggestions in order to increase farmers' consumption and promote economic growth.
