【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結構是影響一個國家及地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要因素,對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構進行調(diào)整及優(yōu)化能夠很好地促進地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。2008年,美國金融危機引發(fā)的全球經(jīng)濟不振對我國經(jīng)濟造成了非常大的影響,時至今日,其影響還在持續(xù)發(fā)酵。處于與國際接軌較早,與國際經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系較多的山東沿海經(jīng)濟帶受到的影響尤為劇烈。在這一背景下,山東沿海經(jīng)濟帶產(chǎn)業(yè)結構存在的矛盾日益凸現(xiàn),快速可持續(xù)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展要求其加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級的步伐。本文在梳理產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化理論的基礎上,分析了山東沿海經(jīng)濟帶七個城市(青島、煙臺、威海、東營、濱州、濰坊、以及日照)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結構演進歷程,利用偏離一份額分析法分析了山東沿海經(jīng)濟帶產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的現(xiàn)狀,揭示了山東沿海經(jīng)濟帶產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化面臨的主要問題,最后,針對這些問題提出了山東沿海經(jīng)濟帶的產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化以及調(diào)整途徑和措施。
[Abstract]:The industrial structure is an important factor affecting the economic development of a country and a region. Adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure can promote the development of the regional economy very well. The global economic downturn caused by the financial crisis in the United States has had a great impact on China's economy. Today, its impact is still fermenting. It is in line with the international community earlier. The impact on Shandong coastal economic belt, which has more international economic ties, is particularly acute. Under this background, the contradictions existing in the industrial structure of Shandong coastal economic belt are becoming increasingly prominent. On the basis of combing the theory of industrial structure optimization, this paper analyzes seven cities of Shandong coastal economic belt (Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Dongying, Binzhou, Weifang). And the evolution of industrial structure of Rizhao), using the method of deviation-share analysis to analyze the present situation of the industrial structure of Shandong coastal economic belt, and to reveal the main problems facing the optimization of the industrial structure of Shandong coastal economic belt. Finally, Aiming at these problems, the paper puts forward the industrial structure optimization and adjustment ways and measures of Shandong coastal economic belt.
