【摘要】：在全球化和區(qū)域一體化背景下,海洋空間和海洋資源將成為區(qū)域競爭的主要焦點。長三角海洋經(jīng)濟區(qū)作為我國三大海洋經(jīng)濟區(qū)之一,海洋資源豐富、海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)達。但海洋經(jīng)濟作為陸域經(jīng)濟的延伸,行政區(qū)經(jīng)濟仍較為明顯,各地區(qū)協(xié)調性較差,還存在諸多問題。如沿�；A設施有待對接、海洋產業(yè)趨同、海洋科技尚未形成合力、跨區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境合作有待聯(lián)動、海洋合作體制機制不成熟等。論文采用層次分析法,以長三角沿海城市為地域研究單元,進行海洋經(jīng)濟競爭力評價。提出長三角沿海城市海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展主要存在三大類型,即海洋經(jīng)濟核心區(qū)、海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展區(qū)和海洋經(jīng)濟潛力區(qū)。基于此,提出長三角海洋經(jīng)濟整合格局,即"三角兩翼一帶",加快海陸統(tǒng)籌、區(qū)域協(xié)調、江海灣聯(lián)動發(fā)展,促進長三角海洋經(jīng)濟一體化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization and regional integration, ocean space and marine resources will become the main focus of regional competition. As one of the three major marine economic zones in China, the Yangtze River Delta Marine Economic Zone is rich in marine resources. The marine economy is developed. However, as an extension of the land economy, the economy of the administrative region is still relatively obvious, the coordination of various regions is poor, and there are still many problems, such as the coastal infrastructure needs to be docked, and the marine industry converges. The marine science and technology has not yet formed the resultant force, the cross-regional ecological environment cooperation needs to be linked, the marine cooperation system mechanism is not mature and so on. The paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), taking the coastal cities of the Yangtze River Delta as the regional research unit, It is proposed that there are three main types of marine economic development in coastal cities of Yangtze River Delta, namely, marine economic core area, marine economic development area and marine economic potential area. The paper puts forward the integrated pattern of marine economy in the Yangtze River Delta, that is, "the two wings of the triangle", which speeds up the coordination of land and sea, regional coordination, the linkage development of the Yangtze River and the Gulf, and promotes the integration of the marine economy of the Yangtze River Delta.
