【摘要】：縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本單元和重要基礎(chǔ)，是聯(lián)系城市與農(nóng)村的紐帶，是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展對(duì)于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義，因此對(duì)于縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究對(duì)于地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義。到現(xiàn)在為止，，在理論方面，我國(guó)對(duì)于縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究，還沒(méi)有一個(gè)固定和統(tǒng)一的概念，由于不同的出發(fā)點(diǎn)、研究目的，我國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的界定也有所不同，而國(guó)外學(xué)者則是更多的用有差異的指標(biāo)和體系研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)。為此，本文從縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)入手，通過(guò)對(duì)乾縣經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究，得出乾縣縣域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)弱，并對(duì)這一結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。本研究為乾縣制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略時(shí)提供決策參考，對(duì)于乾縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，對(duì)于處在轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的中國(guó)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有十分重要的指導(dǎo)意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)為理論基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合乾縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀，采用縱向比較分析法和橫向比較分析法，對(duì)其縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析，從而得出乾縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的優(yōu)勢(shì)和制約因素。本文得出如下結(jié)論：乾縣縣域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力在陜西咸陽(yáng)市各個(gè)縣區(qū)中排名相對(duì)靠后，這一結(jié)論反映出乾縣區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平較低。在理論和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，本文對(duì)于如何提高乾縣區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議，以期對(duì)未來(lái)乾縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和改革方向提供參考。
[Abstract]:County economy is the basic unit and important foundation of national economy, the link between city and countryside, and the foundation of national economy development. The sustained and healthy development of county economy is of great significance to the sustainable development of national economy. Therefore, the research on the competitiveness of county economy has practical guiding significance for the development of regional economy. Up to now, there is no fixed and unified concept for the study of county economy in our country. Because of different starting points and research purposes, the definition of county economy by Chinese scholars is different, while foreign scholars are more likely to use different indicators and systems to study regional economy. Based on the study of the economic competitiveness of Gan County, the paper draws the conclusion that the competitiveness of Gan County is strong and weak, and analyzes and summarizes the result. This study provides a decision reference for the development strategy of Gan County, and also provides a reference for the economic development of Gan County. It is of great guiding and practical significance for the development of Chinese county economy in the transitional period. Based on the theory of county economy and domestic and foreign research literature, combining the present situation of county economy in Gan County, this paper analyzes the competitiveness index of county economy by longitudinal comparative analysis and horizontal comparative analysis. This paper draws the following conclusion: the competitive strength of the county area in Xianyang City of Shaanxi Province ranks relatively low, This conclusion reflects the low level of regional competitiveness in Gan County. On the basis of theoretical and empirical tests, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations on how to improve the regional competitiveness of Gan County. With a view to the future dry county economic development and reform direction to provide reference.
