【摘要】：消費(fèi)是人類利用資源、環(huán)境進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)和生活的活動(dòng)。傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)文明的消費(fèi)模式加重了自然資源的破壞和人類生存環(huán)境的惡化。經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展離不開(kāi)可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)和可持續(xù)消費(fèi),可持續(xù)消費(fèi)是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制。對(duì)于人口眾多、資源能源有限的北京市來(lái)說(shuō),建立一種積極、健康的可持續(xù)消費(fèi)模式顯得及其重要和迫切,并且源于大多消費(fèi)者的行為是以家庭為個(gè)體來(lái)體現(xiàn)其消費(fèi)決策,家庭消費(fèi)是最基礎(chǔ)的消費(fèi),其最終影響著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和資源環(huán)境的關(guān)系,因此為了使人們?cè)谙M(fèi)時(shí)不僅能提高生活質(zhì)量,而且能盡量減少污染環(huán)境和消耗資源,保護(hù)人類共同的生存環(huán)境,有必要構(gòu)建一種合理的可持續(xù)家庭消費(fèi)模式�？沙掷m(xù)家庭消費(fèi)模式是實(shí)現(xiàn)北京經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路,也是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。 本文由四章內(nèi)容組成： 第一章首先對(duì)消費(fèi)及消費(fèi)模式的內(nèi)涵做了解釋；然后分析了現(xiàn)有的不可持續(xù)的消費(fèi)模式的特點(diǎn)及弊端,指出消費(fèi)模式需要轉(zhuǎn)向可持續(xù)消費(fèi)模式；接著對(duì)可持續(xù)消費(fèi)做了一般性的理論分析；最后,在可持續(xù)消費(fèi)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了可持續(xù)家庭消費(fèi)的理論問(wèn)題； 第二章通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式研究當(dāng)前北京市居民家庭在水資源、食品、住房、交通和文化消費(fèi)的現(xiàn)狀,指出這種傳統(tǒng)的過(guò)度消費(fèi)模式在其消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)、消費(fèi)意識(shí)和消費(fèi)行為等方面存在的問(wèn)題,并分析了其影響因素； 第三章著重分析了構(gòu)建北京市居民可持續(xù)家庭消費(fèi)模式的必要性、可行性以及在消費(fèi)水平、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)、消費(fèi)行為、消費(fèi)文化和消費(fèi)機(jī)制等方面的具體內(nèi)容； 第四章從政府、企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者三個(gè)方面探索實(shí)施北京市居民可持續(xù)家庭消費(fèi)模式的對(duì)策與建議。 囿于作者的理論水平,本文對(duì)北京市居民可持續(xù)家庭消費(fèi)模式的構(gòu)建研究還不夠深入,希望更多研究者能夠關(guān)注可持續(xù)家庭消費(fèi)模式,對(duì)北京市居民可持續(xù)家庭消費(fèi)模式的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行深入的分析和研究。
[Abstract]:Consumption is the use of resources by human beings. The destruction of natural resources and the deterioration of the living environment of mankind are aggravated by the traditional patterns of consumption of industrial civilization. Sustainable economic development cannot be achieved without sustainable production and consumption, Sustainable consumption is the realization mechanism of sustainable development. For Beijing, which has a large population and limited resources and energy resources, it is very important and urgent to establish a positive and healthy sustainable consumption pattern. And the behavior originated from the majority of consumers is to take the family as the individual to reflect their consumption decisions. Household consumption is the most basic consumption, which ultimately affects the relationship between economic development and resources and environment. Therefore, in order that people can not only improve the quality of life when they consume, but also minimize pollution and consumption of resources, and protect the common living environment of mankind, It is necessary to construct a reasonable sustainable household consumption pattern, which is the only way to realize the sustainable development of Beijing economy and the key link to realize the sustainable development of our country. This paper consists of four chapters:. The first chapter explains the connotation of consumption and consumption patterns, then analyzes the characteristics and disadvantages of the existing unsustainable consumption patterns, and points out that the consumption patterns need to be turned to sustainable consumption patterns. Finally, on the basis of the theory of sustainable consumption, the theoretical problems of sustainable household consumption are summarized systematically. The second chapter studies the current situation of water resources, food, housing, transportation and cultural consumption of Beijing residents by questionnaire, and points out that this traditional overconsumption pattern lies in its consumption structure. The problems of consumption consciousness and consumption behavior are analyzed, and the influencing factors are analyzed. The third chapter analyzes the necessity, feasibility, consumption level, consumption structure, consumption behavior, consumption culture and consumption mechanism of Beijing residents. The fourth chapter explores the countermeasures and suggestions to implement the sustainable household consumption pattern of Beijing residents from three aspects: government, enterprises and consumers. Due to the theoretical level of the author, the study on the construction of sustainable household consumption model of Beijing residents is not deep enough, hope that more researchers can pay attention to sustainable household consumption pattern. This paper analyzes and studies the construction of sustainable household consumption pattern in Beijing.
