【摘要】：中央商務(wù)區(qū)（Central Business District）簡稱CBD，，作為一種都市化發(fā)展到高水平后的必然選擇，已成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn)，是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)新的突破口。規(guī)劃建設(shè)中央商務(wù)區(qū)對(duì)石家莊提升“華北商埠”的核心地位、打造全國重要物流節(jié)點(diǎn)城市和華北現(xiàn)代物流基地的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)具有十分重要的作用。本論文主要采用定性研究為主、定量為輔的研究方法對(duì)石家莊構(gòu)建CBD的相關(guān)方面進(jìn)行了較為全面的概述。 第一章是緒論部分，主要介紹了論文的研究背景及意義、研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、研究內(nèi)容及框架等。該部分是對(duì)全文寫作思路的總體把控，具有總領(lǐng)全文的作用。 論文第二章主要介紹了中央商務(wù)區(qū)的理論文獻(xiàn)綜述，對(duì)CBD的定義、特點(diǎn)、級(jí)別以及意義進(jìn)行歸納；第三章則分析了當(dāng)前一些大城市CBD建設(shè)情況與發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，并總結(jié)出石家莊CBD建設(shè)的啟示。這兩部分是論文研究的理論基石和實(shí)際借鑒，為下文石家莊CBD建設(shè)的核心研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 第四章、第五章主要研究石家莊CBD建設(shè)的相關(guān)問題，其中石家莊CBD建設(shè)的區(qū)位選址、邊界界定是本論文的核心部分。 論文從實(shí)際出發(fā)，從規(guī)范研究入手就石家莊是否建設(shè)CBD、在哪兒建設(shè)、如何建設(shè)等問題有許多創(chuàng)新之處，可以為石家莊CBD今后良好運(yùn)營和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供建議和參考。
[Abstract]:As an inevitable choice after the development of urbanization to a high level, Central Business District Central Business restriction (CBDs) has become a new growth point of regional economy. It is a new breakthrough in the development of regional economy. The planning and construction of the Central Business District will enhance the core position of the "North China Commercial Port" in Shijiazhuang. The strategic goal of building the important logistics node cities and modern logistics bases in North China plays a very important role. The quantitative method is used to summarize the related aspects of Shijiazhuang CBD construction. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and significance, research methods and innovations, research content and framework, etc. The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical literature review of Central Business District, summarizes the definition, characteristics, level and significance of CBD, and analyzes the construction and development characteristics of CBD in some big cities. And summarizes the inspiration of Shijiazhuang CBD construction. These two parts are the theoretical foundation and practical reference of the paper, which lays a foundation for the core research of Shijiazhuang CBD construction. The fourth chapter, the fifth chapter mainly studies the related problems of Shijiazhuang CBD construction, in which Shijiazhuang CBD construction location location, boundary definition is the core part of this paper. From the point of view of reality, this paper starts with normative research on whether or not Shijiazhuang should build CBDs, where to build them, how to build them, and so on, which can provide suggestions and references for Shijiazhuang CBD's good operation and sustainable development in the future.
