【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與收入分配是人們生活當(dāng)中密切相關(guān)的問(wèn)題，也一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家討論最多的問(wèn)題之一。但是直到現(xiàn)在人們對(duì)它們二者之間的關(guān)系還沒(méi)有形成正確的定論，因此當(dāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與收入分配之間出現(xiàn)矛盾時(shí)，人們也無(wú)法采取正確的應(yīng)對(duì)方法。為了切實(shí)提高人民生活水平和完善國(guó)家宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策，按照經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況對(duì)二者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的研究是十分必要的。 從老撾建國(guó)到現(xiàn)在，已過(guò)了37年，在這37年里，老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平不斷提高，人民的生活水平有了很大改善，國(guó)際交流越來(lái)越頻繁，國(guó)際地位也不斷提高。尤其是2011年，老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率達(dá)到8%，人均為1281美元，同時(shí)，，通貨膨脹率保持在5.72%。居民收入分配差距0.354（2007-2008年）。這表明老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)不僅僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速增長(zhǎng)，而且還促進(jìn)了居民收入穩(wěn)定增加。但是，在老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中，依然存在著一些問(wèn)題，尤其是貧困人口較多、個(gè)人收入沒(méi)有達(dá)到法定最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，缺乏必要的社會(huì)福利和社會(huì)保障等等。 本文研究的主要內(nèi)容如下：第1章，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與居民收入分配關(guān)系理論分析。在相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行分析，主要是分析經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與居民收入分配關(guān)系理論和概念；第2章，老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配關(guān)系回顧。本章將經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與居民收入分配理論與老撾實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合，研究老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配改革歷程，具體分析從老撾成立至今的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配情況；第3章，老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配關(guān)系狀況研究。本章主要研究老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題及原因，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配所產(chǎn)生的影響。第4章，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與居民收入分配關(guān)系及其啟示。本章主要介紹中國(guó)居民收入分配政策，同時(shí)，借鑒中國(guó)處理經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與居民收入分配關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；第5章，完善老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配關(guān)系的建議。結(jié)合老撾的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配實(shí)際情況，針對(duì)老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配存在的問(wèn)題，提出了如何正確處理老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配之間關(guān)系的建議。
[Abstract]:Economic growth and income distribution are closely related issues in people's lives, and have been one of the most discussed issues among economists. But until now, people have not reached a correct conclusion on the relationship between them. Therefore, when there is a contradiction between economic growth and income distribution, people are unable to take the correct countermeasures. In order to effectively improve the people's living standards and improve the country's macroeconomic policies, It is necessary to study the relationship between the two according to the actual situation of economic development. It has been 37 years since Laos was founded. In the past 37 years, the level of economic development in Laos has been continuously improved, the living standards of the people have been greatly improved, international exchanges have become more and more frequent, and the international status has been continuously improved. Especially in 2011, The Lao economy is growing at a rate of $1281 per person, while the inflation rate remains at 5.72. The gap in income distribution between the residents is 0.354 to 2007-2008. This shows that the Lao economy has not only achieved rapid growth, but also contributed to a steady increase in residents' income. In the process of economic development in Laos, there are still some problems, especially the large number of poor people, personal income not up to the legal minimum wage, the lack of necessary social welfare and social security, and so on. The main contents of this paper are as follows: chapter 1, theoretical analysis of the relationship between economic growth and resident income distribution. On the basis of relevant theories, this paper mainly analyzes the theory and concept of the relationship between economic growth and resident income distribution. The relationship between economic growth and income distribution of urban residents in Laos is reviewed. This chapter combines the theory of economic growth and income distribution of residents with the actual situation in Laos to study the reform process of economic growth and income distribution of urban residents in Laos. Specific analysis of economic growth and income distribution of urban residents since the establishment of Laos; Chapter 3, This chapter mainly studies the current situation, problems and reasons of the relationship between economic growth and income distribution of urban residents in Laos. Chapter 4, the relationship between economic growth and income distribution of urban residents and its enlightenment. This chapter mainly introduces the income distribution policy of Chinese residents, at the same time, Drawing lessons from China's experience in dealing with the relationship between economic growth and income distribution of residents; chapter 5, the suggestions on perfecting the relationship between economic growth and income distribution of urban residents in Laos, combined with the actual situation of economic growth and income distribution of urban residents in Laos, In view of the existing problems between Lao economic growth and urban residents' income distribution, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to correctly deal with the relationship between Lao economic growth and urban residents' income distribution.
