【摘要】：文章在分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)對人力資本投資影響的基礎(chǔ)上,采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法測算了人力資本存量與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的耦合度和關(guān)聯(lián)度。結(jié)果表明,改革開放以來,中國人力資本與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)存在較強的耦合關(guān)聯(lián),但二者的耦合程度不夠理想。中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn)趨勢是從資本密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)為主轉(zhuǎn)型升級為技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)為主。通過促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)勞動力永久性鄉(xiāng)城遷移、加大創(chuàng)新人才與高技能人才的培養(yǎng)力度、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化,提高人力資本與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的耦合程度,對促進(jìn)中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級具有至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the influence of industrial structure evolution on human capital investment, the paper calculates the coupling degree and correlation degree between human capital stock and industrial structure evolution by grey relational analysis. The results show that, since the reform and opening up, There is a strong coupling relationship between human capital and industrial structure evolution in China. However, the coupling degree of the two is not ideal. The evolution trend of China's industrial structure is from capital-intensive industries to technology-intensive industries. It is very important to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents and highly skilled talents, promote the integration of industry, education and research, and improve the coupling degree between human capital and the evolution of industrial structure, which plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure.
