【摘要】：本文構建中國投入產出占用表,測算1995—2009年間中國單位產出要素結構、能源消耗與碳排放三項指標,進而深入產業(yè)層面對比出口商品與國內消費商品在三方面的差異,衡量中國開放收益。研究顯示:(1)統(tǒng)計期內,中國單位產出要素結構不斷優(yōu)化,高技能勞動力含量不斷提高;(2)統(tǒng)計期內,中國單位產出能耗與碳排放明顯下降,中國節(jié)能減排取得成效;(3)統(tǒng)計期內,中國出口商品能耗與碳排放逐漸超過國內消費品,說明中國現(xiàn)有開放模式承載著全球能源與環(huán)境污染的轉移效應,需要加快經濟轉型升級,逐步降低直至消除開放負收益。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs the input-output occupation table of China, calculates the structure of unit output elements, energy consumption and carbon emissions in China from 1995 to 2009, and then compares the differences between export commodities and domestic consumer goods in the industrial level. The study shows that during the statistical period, the structure of China's unit output elements is continuously optimized, and the content of high-skilled labor is constantly increasing. (2) during the statistical period, China's energy consumption per unit output and carbon emissions have decreased significantly. During the statistical period, the energy consumption and carbon emissions of China's export commodities gradually exceeded those of domestic consumer goods, indicating that China's existing open mode bears the transfer effects of global energy and environmental pollution and needs to accelerate economic transformation and upgrading. Gradually reduce until the elimination of negative returns.
