【摘要】：侯曲新聞絳一體化地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平低,工業(yè)化處于中期階段,侯馬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平明顯高于區(qū)域內(nèi)其他縣.目前,侯曲新聞絳一體化發(fā)展僅限于"喊口號",一體化進(jìn)程基本處于起步階段.未來推進(jìn)一體化發(fā)展中,以侯馬為主導(dǎo)和核心,以侯馬-曲沃同城化、推動設(shè)立"侯馬新區(qū)"、加強(qiáng)工業(yè)分工與合作、優(yōu)化空間布局等為推進(jìn)重點(diǎn),以先易后難分步實(shí)施、全面實(shí)現(xiàn)侯馬"省直管"、促進(jìn)地方政府間達(dá)成一體化發(fā)展的框架協(xié)議、創(chuàng)新一體化發(fā)展體制機(jī)制等為推進(jìn)對策.
[Abstract]:The level of economic development in Hou qu Jiang integrated area is low, industrialization is in the middle stage, and the level of economic development of Houma is obviously higher than that of other counties in the region. At present, The integration development of Hou qu Jiang is limited to "shouting slogans", and the process of integration is basically in its infancy. In the future, Hou Ma is the leading and core of the integration, and Houma-Quwo is in the same city. Promoting the establishment of "Houma New District", strengthening industrial division and cooperation, optimizing spatial layout, and so on, so as to promote the implementation of Hou Ma's "provincial directness" and promote the local governments to reach a framework agreement for integrated development. Innovation integration development system mechanism and so on in order to promote the countermeasure.
