【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)向中高速增長是我國進(jìn)入中等收入發(fā)展階段后的基本新常態(tài)。中高速增長的新常態(tài)需要與以下三個(gè)方面新常態(tài)相互支撐。一是發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略新常態(tài),涉及結(jié)構(gòu)再平衡戰(zhàn)略和創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。二是宏觀調(diào)控新常態(tài),涉及市場決定資源配置和明確宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的合理區(qū)間。三是發(fā)展動(dòng)力新常態(tài),涉及以改善民生為著力點(diǎn)的消費(fèi)需求拉動(dòng)并與投資拉動(dòng)相協(xié)調(diào)。
[Abstract]:The transition to moderate and high speed growth is the basic new normal after our country enters the middle income development stage. The new normal of medium and high speed growth needs to support each other with the following three aspects: the first is the new normal of development strategy. It involves the strategy of structural rebalancing and innovation-driven development. The second is the new normal of macro-control, the market determines the allocation of resources and the rational interval of macro-economy. The third is the new normal of development motive force. Involving to improve people's livelihood as the focus of consumer demand pull and investment pull coordinated.
