【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)在未來要保持健康持續(xù)的增長，在很大程度上依賴于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整的效果。“呼包鄂”區(qū)域作為內(nèi)蒙古的金三角，作用尤為重要。但該區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式卻越來越不適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的要求，能耗高、污染大、浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重，已經(jīng)成為該區(qū)域的突出問題，，進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整已是必行之道。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響因素有許多，本文主要討論銀行業(yè)與“呼包鄂”區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整之間的關(guān)系。從以往的研究來看，從金融的角度出發(fā)，來研究其對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的作用的較多，對于“呼包鄂”區(qū)域，從銀行業(yè)的角度出發(fā)來研究的較少，這是本文的主要創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 本文系統(tǒng)的分析了金融對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響機(jī)理，進(jìn)而分析了銀行業(yè)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響機(jī)理，提出銀行業(yè)通過資金分配作用于其他生產(chǎn)要素的分配，從而影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。同時簡單的分析了“呼包鄂”區(qū)域銀行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及“呼包鄂”區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展進(jìn)程，然后研究了“呼包鄂”區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與銀行業(yè)的相關(guān)性關(guān)系。最后對銀行業(yè)和“呼包鄂”區(qū)域三次產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理，通過建立回歸模型，研究銀行發(fā)展、銀行效率、銀行產(chǎn)出率對三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的分別影響程度。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)“呼包鄂”區(qū)域銀行業(yè)存在的問題，如：銀行業(yè)的資金資源配置效率有待提高；銀行的資金配置缺乏主動性；銀行業(yè)對高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的資金支持不夠，同時對如何發(fā)揮銀行業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中資源配置中的主動性，運(yùn)用國家經(jīng)濟(jì)政策宏觀調(diào)控的作用，引導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整更趨合理性和科學(xué)性進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。最后做出總結(jié)并提出充分發(fā)揮銀行業(yè)的資金配置效率，增強(qiáng)其對產(chǎn)業(yè)范圍的選擇、提高銀行通過信貸來支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的能力等對策建議。 本文的研究雖然在研究角度上有一定的創(chuàng)新，但由于“呼包鄂”區(qū)域的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)在搜集上存在一定難度，導(dǎo)致本文研究深度還有待提高。接下來可以以銀行業(yè)務(wù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)分為基礎(chǔ)，更加有針對性的研究銀行業(yè)對“呼包鄂”區(qū)域具體產(chǎn)業(yè)、具體行業(yè)的支持。
[Abstract]:In order to maintain healthy and sustained economic growth in the future, Inner Mongolia depends to a large extent on the effects of the optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure. The "Hubao E" region is the golden triangle of Inner Mongolia. However, the pattern of economic growth in the region has become increasingly unsuitable for the further development of the economy, with high energy consumption, high pollution and serious waste, which has become a prominent problem in the region, It is necessary to adjust the industrial structure. There are many factors that influence the adjustment of the industrial structure. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the banking industry and the adjustment of the regional industrial structure of "Hubao E". From the point of view of previous studies, from the perspective of finance, this paper mainly discusses the relationship between the adjustment of the industrial structure and the adjustment of the regional industrial structure. To study the role of industrial structure adjustment more, for "Hubao E" region, from the perspective of the banking sector to study less, this is the main innovation of this paper. This paper systematically analyzes the influence mechanism of finance on industrial structure adjustment, and then analyzes the influence mechanism of banking on industrial structure adjustment, and puts forward that the banking industry acts on the distribution of other factors of production through the distribution of funds. So as to affect the adjustment of industrial structure. At the same time, it simply analyzes the current situation of the development of regional banking industry and the development process of the regional industrial structure of "Hubao E". Then it studies the relationship between the regional industrial structure of "Hubao E" and the banking industry. Finally, the paper collates the relevant data of banking and three industries in "Hubao E" region, and studies the bank development and bank efficiency through establishing regression model. The influence of bank output rate on the three industries. Through the research, the paper finds out the problems existing in "Hubao E" regional banking industry, such as: the efficiency of capital resource allocation of banking needs to be improved, the fund allocation of banks is lack of initiative; The financial support of the banking industry to the high-tech industry is not enough. At the same time, it is necessary to give full play to the initiative of the banking industry in the allocation of resources in the adjustment of the industrial structure, and to apply the role of macroeconomic regulation and control of the national economic. To guide the industrial structure adjustment to be more rational and scientific to carry on the systematic research. Finally, to make a summary and put forward to give full play to the capital allocation efficiency of the banking industry, and enhance its choice of the industrial scope. To improve the ability of banks to support industrial restructuring through credit and other countermeasures. Although the research in this paper has some innovation in the research angle, it is difficult to collect the relevant data in the area of "Hubao and E". Therefore, the research depth of this paper still needs to be improved. Next, we can study the support of the banking industry to the specific industry and specific industry of "Hubao E" region on the basis of the subdivision of banking business and industrial structure.
