【摘要】：本論文主要研究了老中兩國農(nóng)業(yè)合作的形式與特點(diǎn)、存在的問題及其解決的對策。該研究有助于理解老中兩國在邊境貿(mào)易區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及老中兩國的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展政策的異同,同時(shí)對解讀老中兩國的經(jīng)濟(jì)及農(nóng)業(yè)合作關(guān)系、促進(jìn)老中農(nóng)業(yè)合作的持續(xù)開展、推動(dòng)兩國的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和促進(jìn)兩國友好合作關(guān)系也有積極意義。本論文主要分為六個(gè)部分。導(dǎo)論部分指出研究老中兩國農(nóng)業(yè)合作存在問題的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。第一章概述了國際農(nóng)業(yè)合作的相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)對老撾啟示,以及對提升老撾北部與中國云南農(nóng)業(yè)合作水平的思考。第二章論述了老撾北部和中國云南農(nóng)業(yè)合作的基礎(chǔ)、條件、形式與特點(diǎn),闡述了老北九省的概況、老中合作的自然資源條件、老中農(nóng)業(yè)合作的政策基礎(chǔ)和市場基礎(chǔ)。第三章論述了老中農(nóng)業(yè)合作的內(nèi)容和特征,主要對老中農(nóng)業(yè)合作的具體內(nèi)容、老中農(nóng)業(yè)合作存在的特征進(jìn)行了論述。第四章論述了老中農(nóng)業(yè)合作的成效和問題,指出了老中農(nóng)業(yè)合作的成效、合作存在的問題及潛在的矛盾沖突。第五章論述了未來老北與中國云南農(nóng)業(yè)合作的前景與跨境農(nóng)業(yè)合作對策分析。第六章對老北與中國云南農(nóng)業(yè)合作進(jìn)行國際關(guān)系分析,指出了老北與中國云南農(nóng)業(yè)合作對老中雙邊關(guān)系的積極影響、老北與中國云南農(nóng)業(yè)合作對區(qū)域關(guān)系的影響、老北與中國云南農(nóng)業(yè)合作對區(qū)域合作的影響。結(jié)論部分對本論文做了總結(jié)分析。指出了老中農(nóng)業(yè)合作存在的問題需要老中兩國的相關(guān)部門引起重視并積極尋找解決辦法,即老中兩國協(xié)商合作,為兩國跨境農(nóng)業(yè)種植提供政策和法律支持,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)管理處理好面臨的各種問題糾紛,促進(jìn)兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和邊境貿(mào)易和諧穩(wěn)定,推進(jìn)老中兩國在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等方面的持續(xù)和深入合作。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the forms and characteristics of the agricultural cooperation between Laos and China, the existing problems and their solutions. This study is helpful to understand the economic development situation of Laos and China in the border trade area. The existing problems as well as the similarities and differences of the economic and social development policies of the two countries, as well as the interpretation of the economic and agricultural cooperative relations between Laos and China, and the promotion of the sustained agricultural cooperation between Laos and China, It is also of positive significance to promote the economic and social development of the two countries and to promote the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries. This paper is mainly divided into six parts. The introduction part points out the practical significance and theoretical meaning of studying the problems existing in the agricultural cooperation between Laos and China. The first chapter gives an overview of the relevant theories and practical experiences of international agricultural cooperation. The second chapter discusses the basis, conditions, forms and characteristics of agricultural cooperation between northern Laos and Yunnan Province of China. The natural resource conditions of Laozhou-China cooperation, the policy basis and market basis of Laozhen-Chinese agricultural cooperation. Chapter three discusses the contents and characteristics of Laozhen-China agricultural cooperation, mainly the specific contents of Laozhen-Chinese agricultural cooperation. The characteristics of agricultural cooperation between Laos and China are discussed. Chapter 4th discusses the effects and problems of agricultural cooperation between Laos and China, and points out the effectiveness of agricultural cooperation between Laos and China. Chapter 5th discusses the prospect of agricultural cooperation between Lao Bei and Yunnan Province in the future and the countermeasures of cross-border agricultural cooperation. Chapter 6th analyzes the international relations of agricultural cooperation between Lao Bei and Yunnan Province of China. This paper points out the positive influence of the agricultural cooperation between Laobei and Yunnan on the bilateral relations, and the influence of the agricultural cooperation between Laobei and Yunnan on the regional relations. The conclusion part summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the agricultural cooperation between Lao Bei and Yunnan Province of China, and points out that the relevant departments of Laobei and China should pay attention to and actively seek solutions to the problems in the agricultural cooperation between Laobei and Yunnan. That is, Laos and China have negotiated and cooperated to provide policy and legal support for cross-border agricultural cultivation in the two countries, at the same time strengthening management and handling all kinds of problems and disputes, promoting economic development and border trade harmony and stability between the two countries, and promoting Laos and China in politics. Economic, social, cultural and other aspects of sustained and in-depth cooperation.
