【摘要】：低碳經(jīng)濟是以低能耗、低污染、低排放為特征的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式,其本質(zhì)是能源高效利用、清潔能源開發(fā)和追求綠色發(fā)展,核心是低碳能源和減排技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和制度創(chuàng)新以及發(fā)展觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變等。當(dāng)今世界,發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)成為一個重要趨勢,人類進入工業(yè)社會后,發(fā)展步伐超過了以往一切時代。當(dāng)人們享受經(jīng)濟增長帶來的好處時,也不得不面對日益突出的資源環(huán)境問題。進入新世紀特別是近年來,許多國家注重把發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟、綠色經(jīng)濟作為推動經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要舉措。低碳經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展表明,人類社會可以找到一種既符合應(yīng)對氣候變化、保護生態(tài)環(huán)境要求,又有利于提高經(jīng)濟效率、促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新模式。
[Abstract]:Low-carbon economy is an economic development model characterized by low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission. Its essence is energy efficient utilization, clean energy development and the pursuit of green development, the core of which is low-carbon energy and technological innovation of emission reduction. Industrial structure adjustment and institutional innovation, as well as changes in development concepts. In the world today, the development of a low-carbon economy has become an important trend. As people enjoy the benefits of economic growth, they also have to face increasingly prominent resource and environmental problems. In the new century, especially in recent years, many countries have focused on developing low-carbon economies. The development of low-carbon economy shows that the human society can find a kind that can not only meet the requirements of climate change, protect the ecological environment, but also help to improve economic efficiency. A new model for promoting economic development.
