【摘要】:海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展是開發(fā)海洋資源、緩解陸域資源和環(huán)境壓力的有效途徑,是提高沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)增長效率的重要方式,是推進(jìn)沿海地區(qū)新一輪開發(fā)的有效手段,也是推動(dòng)沿海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、社會(huì)建設(shè)、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的必然要求,同時(shí)也是建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國的迫切需要。受自然環(huán)境的制約,海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)和陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃和產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局方面被分割開來,呈現(xiàn)出明顯的二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),導(dǎo)致海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)互動(dòng)發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)耦合度不高,發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)的問題。本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合的視角出發(fā)分析海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的特性,研究海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的演化機(jī)理,構(gòu)建評價(jià)模型,探索海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合協(xié)同發(fā)展路徑。文章主要內(nèi)容包括: 1.闡釋海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的特性。界定海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)概念,分別從橫向關(guān)聯(lián)和縱向發(fā)展的視角深入剖析海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)耦合的原則、內(nèi)容、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,分析海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合的優(yōu)勢與機(jī)遇、劣勢與挑戰(zhàn),凝練了典型的海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈耦合運(yùn)作模式。 2.解析海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的耗散結(jié)構(gòu)演化過程。闡釋海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的開放性、非平衡態(tài)、非線性和漲落等特征,分析單一產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)失穩(wěn)和耗散過程,結(jié)合Logistic方程對單一海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)和陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)的生命周期進(jìn)行了分析,通過研究海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,揭示了海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)不斷尋求更高層次有序結(jié)構(gòu)的演化規(guī)律。 3.揭示海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的熵變機(jī)理。對海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行熵的判別和分析,數(shù)理刻畫海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)系耦合統(tǒng)的速度熵、規(guī)模熵和結(jié)構(gòu)熵,建立海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)耦合過程的熵變模型,剖析了海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)耦合的熵演化機(jī)理。 4.剖析海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同演化路徑。從產(chǎn)業(yè)間利益的角度,運(yùn)用復(fù)制動(dòng)態(tài)方程和雅克比矩陣對海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)的競合關(guān)系進(jìn)行模擬,獲得系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)均衡點(diǎn),,結(jié)合相位圖法對不同初始狀態(tài)參數(shù)下海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)競合策略的動(dòng)態(tài)演化過程及穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析,對其演化路徑進(jìn)行仿真,并建立海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)間競爭與合作的Lotka-Volterra實(shí)證模型,從實(shí)踐上判斷海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的競爭、互惠合作或捕食與被捕食關(guān)系,為不同海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合發(fā)展政策的制定提供理論依據(jù)和有益指導(dǎo)。 5.構(gòu)建海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展評價(jià)模型。從橫向關(guān)聯(lián)的視角,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法建立海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同效度、發(fā)展效度和協(xié)同發(fā)展效度模型及評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;從縱向發(fā)展的視角,采用變異系數(shù)法建立海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展的耦合度模型、協(xié)調(diào)度模型及評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并以天津?yàn)槔,對海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,最后建立海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展的支撐體系,提出了促進(jìn)海陸產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展的具體對策。
[Abstract]:The cooperative development of marine and land industry coupling system is an effective way to develop marine resources, alleviate the pressure of land resources and environment, is an important way to improve the efficiency of coastal economic growth, and is an effective means to promote a new round of development in coastal areas. It is also an inevitable requirement for promoting economic construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction in coastal areas, and is also an urgent need for building a powerful marine country. It is restricted by the natural environment. Marine industry and land industry are separated in industrial planning and industrial spatial layout, showing an obvious dual economic structure, which leads to a low degree of coupling in the process of the interactive development of land and sea industries. This paper analyzes the characteristics of marine and land industry coupling system from the perspective of industrial coupling, studies the evolution mechanism of sea and land industry coupling system, and constructs an evaluation model. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1. Explain the characteristics of the coupling system of land and sea industry, define the related concepts of the coupling system of land and sea industry, analyze the principle, content, structure and function of coupling of industry system of land and sea from the perspective of horizontal correlation and vertical development, respectively. This paper analyzes the advantages, opportunities, disadvantages and challenges of the coupling of the sea and land industries, and condenses the typical coupling operation mode of the industry chain between the sea and the land. 2. Analyze the evolution process of dissipative structure of marine and land industry coupling system, explain the characteristics of open, non-equilibrium, nonlinear and fluctuation of marine and land industry coupling system, and analyze the structural instability and dissipation process of single industry system. Combined with Logistic equation, the life cycle of single ocean industry and land industry is analyzed. By studying the stability of marine and land industry coupling system, the evolution law of marine and land industry system seeking higher order structure is revealed. 3. To reveal the mechanism of entropy change in the coupling system of sea and land industries, to distinguish and analyze the entropy of coupling system of sea and land industries, and to describe the speed entropy, scale entropy and structure entropy of coupling system of sea and land industries. The entropy model of coupling process of marine and land industry system is established, and the mechanism of entropy evolution of coupling process of sea and land industry system is analyzed. 4. Analyze the cooperative evolution path of marine and land industry coupling system. From the angle of the benefit between industry and industry, we use the replicative dynamic equation and Jacobi matrix to simulate the competing relationship between marine industry and land industry, and obtain the dynamic equilibrium point of the system. This paper analyzes the dynamic evolution process and stable state of land and sea industry competition strategy under different initial state parameters, simulates its evolution path, and establishes a Lotka-Volterra empirical model of competition and cooperation between sea and land industries. Judging the competition between marine industry and land industry in practice, the mutually beneficial cooperation or predator-prey relationship provides theoretical basis and beneficial guidance for the formulation of coupling development policy of different marine and land industries. 5. Construct the evaluation model of marine and land industry coupling system. From the perspective of horizontal correlation, establish the cooperative validity, development validity and collaborative development validity model and evaluation index system by using data envelopment analysis. From the perspective of vertical development, the coupling degree model, coordination degree model and evaluation index system of marine and land industry coupling system are established by using variation coefficient method. Taking Tianjin as an example, the present situation of sea and land industry coupling system cooperative development is analyzed. Finally, the supporting system of the marine and land industry coupling system is established, and the concrete countermeasures to promote the cooperative development of the sea and land industry coupling system are put forward.
