【摘要】：在我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中，縣域經(jīng)濟具有十分重要的地位和作用，而縣域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展又在很大程度上依賴于特色產(chǎn)業(yè)的構(gòu)建。特色產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅能夠帶動和促進相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，有利于縣域資源配置的優(yōu)化和整合，還會對縣域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展方向起到導向作用，推動地方產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和升級。本文在國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上，首先界定了縣域特色產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵，具體分析了泰來縣發(fā)展特色產(chǎn)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)，并采用SWOT分析框架對泰來縣特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進行了詳細的討論，結(jié)論表明，當前泰來縣特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展既存在區(qū)位優(yōu)勢開發(fā)潛力巨大、綜合經(jīng)濟實力顯著增強、特色產(chǎn)業(yè)項目迅速增加、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)初見成效的優(yōu)勢，也存在經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)仍相對薄弱、特色產(chǎn)業(yè)項目尚未形成集群、輔助配套環(huán)境仍需改善、資源環(huán)境約束進一步增強等劣勢。通過定量指標檢驗，本文認為泰來縣特色產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)應(yīng)結(jié)合自身的資源優(yōu)勢，充分開發(fā)當?shù)氐霓r(nóng)業(yè)資源、推進農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，大力發(fā)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工等產(chǎn)業(yè)，同時還要積極發(fā)展土地集約型項目，，以國家級重點開發(fā)區(qū)域——泰來鎮(zhèn)為核心，打造集生產(chǎn)和深加工于一體的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。最后，本文在理論和實踐分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了泰來縣特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In the process of economic development of our country, county economy plays an important role, and the development of county economy depends on the construction of characteristic industry to a great extent, which can not only promote and promote the development of related industries. This paper is beneficial to the optimization and integration of county resource allocation, and will also play a guiding role in the development direction of county industrial structure and promote the optimization and upgrading of local industrial structure. Firstly, it defines the connotation of the characteristic industry in the county area, analyzes the foundation of the development of the characteristic industry in the county, and discusses the development of the characteristic industry of the county in detail by using the SWOT analysis framework. The conclusion shows that, At present, the development of characteristic industries in Tailai County has the advantages of great potential for development of regional advantages, remarkable enhancement of comprehensive economic strength, rapid increase of characteristic industrial projects, and the advantages of initial achievements in the construction of industrial parks, as well as the relative weakness of the economic base. The characteristic industry project has not yet formed the cluster, the auxiliary supporting environment still needs to be improved, the resources and environment constraints are further strengthened, and so on. Through the quantitative index test, this paper thinks that the construction of the characteristic industry of Tailai County should combine its own resource advantage. To fully develop local agricultural resources, to promote the modernization of agriculture, to vigorously develop industries such as agricultural products processing, and to actively develop land-intensive projects, with the national key development region, the town of Tailai, as the core, Finally, on the basis of theoretical and practical analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of characteristic industries in Tailai County.
