【摘要】：中東地區(qū)在世界板塊上占據(jù)著重要的地理位置，它是聯(lián)系著亞、歐、非三大洲的紐帶，是東西方經(jīng)貿(mào)往來的重要交通樞紐。此外，中東國家擁有十分豐富的能源資源，包括水資源以及油氣資源等，由于戰(zhàn)略位置的重要性，使得中東地區(qū)成為世界上政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)最為敏感的地區(qū)，能源爭奪戰(zhàn)與社會動亂在中東國家常有發(fā)生。隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，對能源資源的緊缺日趨嚴(yán)重，中東國家與中國的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系由于中東復(fù)雜的局勢而存在一定的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，也存在一定的挑戰(zhàn)。本文基于對促進(jìn)中東國家與中國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的有利因素的探討，分析中東國家與中國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，深刻剖析存在于中東國家與中國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系中的問題與阻礙因素，并力圖給出有效地解決方案與對策，旨在進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)中東國家與中國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的快速、健康發(fā)展。 論文共分為五章。第一章是緒論部分，，主要闡述論文的選題背景與研究意義，分析相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述的寫作思路與觀點(diǎn)，介紹論文的結(jié)構(gòu)思路、研究方法以及重難點(diǎn)； 第二章開始是正論部分，探究中東國家與中國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的有利因素。其中，中東國家與中國巨大的市場潛力、經(jīng)貿(mào)結(jié)構(gòu)的互補(bǔ)、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)的雄厚以及政治基礎(chǔ)堅(jiān)固等，都促進(jìn)了中東國家與中國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的日益加強(qiáng)； 第三章分析中東國家與中國雙邊投資現(xiàn)狀與雙邊貿(mào)易合作現(xiàn)狀，并研究中東國家與中國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的近年來呈現(xiàn)出的特點(diǎn)； 第四章探討中東國家與中國在經(jīng)貿(mào)合作過程中存在的主要問題與阻礙因素，包括中東國家政局的動蕩、雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)的交通不便利、投資規(guī)模與雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力不符以及雙邊貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)單一等； 第五章在第四章的基礎(chǔ)之上，提出促進(jìn)中東國家與中國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的針對性的對策與建議； 最后是論文的結(jié)論部分，概括和總結(jié)了整篇論文闡述的觀點(diǎn)，并對中東國家與中國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The Middle East region occupies an important geographical position on the world plate. It is a link linking Asia, Europe, and Africa, and an important transportation hub for economic and trade exchanges between the East and the West. In addition, the countries of the Middle East have very rich energy resources. Including water resources and oil and gas resources, due to the importance of the strategic position, the Middle East region has become the most politically and economically sensitive region in the world. Energy wars and social unrest often occur in Middle Eastern countries. With the rapid development of China's economy and the growing shortage of energy and resources, there are certain opportunities for development of economic and trade relations between Middle Eastern countries and China due to the complex situation in the Middle East. There are also some challenges. Based on the discussion of the favorable factors to promote the development of economic and trade relations between the Middle East countries and China, this paper analyzes the current situation of the economic and trade relations between the Middle East countries and China. This paper deeply analyzes the problems and obstacles existing in the economic and trade relations between the Middle East countries and China, and tries to put forward effective solutions and countermeasures in order to further strengthen the rapid and healthy development of the economic and trade relations between the Middle East countries and China. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly describes the background and significance of the thesis, analyzes the writing ideas and views of the literature review, introduces the structure of the paper, research methods and important difficulties; The second chapter begins with the positive part, which explores the favorable factors for the development of economic and trade relations between the countries of the Middle East and China. Among them, the great market potential between the countries of the Middle East and China, the complementarity of the economic and trade structure, the strong economic base and the strong political basis, etc. Both have promoted the strengthening of bilateral economic and trade relations between the Middle East countries and China. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of bilateral investment and bilateral trade cooperation between Middle East countries and China, and studies the characteristics of bilateral economic and trade relations between Middle East countries and China in recent years. Chapter 4th discusses the main problems and obstacles in the process of economic and trade cooperation between the countries of the Middle East and China, including the instability of the political situation in the countries of the Middle East and the inconvenience of bilateral economic and trade transportation. The scale of investment is inconsistent with bilateral economic strength and the structure of bilateral trade is single. On the basis of Chapter 4th, Chapter 5th puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of bilateral economic and trade relations between Middle East countries and China. The last part is the conclusion of the paper, which summarizes and summarizes the views of the whole paper, and prospects for the development of economic and trade relations between the Middle East countries and China.
