【摘要】：張家口位于環(huán)首都貧困帶地區(qū),屬于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后地區(qū)。在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展背景下,如何牢牢抓住京張聯(lián)合申辦冬奧會(huì)和京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的重大歷史性機(jī)遇,發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢(shì),積極主動(dòng)作為,實(shí)現(xiàn)與北京協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展就成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急,也是京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。本文先對(duì)北京和張家口產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,再分析張家口通過承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)現(xiàn)與北京協(xié)同發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)基礎(chǔ)以及面臨約束條件,分析可承接產(chǎn)業(yè),最后提出張家口承接北京產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、實(shí)現(xiàn)京張協(xié)同發(fā)展的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Zhangjiakou is located in the poverty-stricken region around the capital city and belongs to the backward area of economic development. Under the background of the coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, how to firmly grasp the great historic opportunity of the joint bid of Beijing and Zhang to host the Winter Olympic Games and the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, so as to give play to their comparative advantages. It is urgent to realize the coordinated development with Beijing, and it is also an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This paper first analyzes the current situation of industry development in Beijing and Zhangjiakou. Then it analyzes the advantages and conditions of Zhangjiakou's coordinated development with Beijing through undertaking industry transfer, analyzes the industry that can be accepted, and finally puts forward the countermeasures of Zhangjiakou undertaking Beijing's industrial transfer to realize Beijing's coordinated development.
