【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的重心所在,擴大內(nèi)需是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵以及首要任務(wù)。而新型城鎮(zhèn)化與消費增長同步協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展能在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級、資源優(yōu)化配置、消費大國建立、城鄉(xiāng)一體化、環(huán)境優(yōu)化等諸多方面推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式更好地轉(zhuǎn)變。當(dāng)前,從諸多方面表現(xiàn)出我國城鎮(zhèn)化促進消費增長的動力不足,存在政府、城鎮(zhèn)化、居民三方面的原因。因此,要構(gòu)建新型城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量提高下的消費增長動力機制,也須從這三方面尋求新思路。
[Abstract]:New urbanization is the focus of changing the mode of economic development, expanding domestic demand is the key and primary task of the transformation of economic development mode, and the coordinated development of new urbanization and consumption growth can optimize and upgrade the industrial structure. The optimal allocation of resources, the establishment of a large consumer country, the integration of urban and rural areas, the optimization of the environment, and many other aspects have promoted a better transformation of the mode of economic development. At present, there is a lack of impetus for urbanization to promote consumption growth in China, and there is a government. Therefore, in order to construct the consumption growth motive mechanism under the new urbanization quality improvement, we must also seek new ideas from these three aspects.
