【摘要】：市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高,人們消費(fèi)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變和品味結(jié)構(gòu)的變化越來越明顯,人們對肉類食品的安全問題越來越關(guān)注,對肉制品的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求越來越高。牛肉富含肌氨酸、肉毒堿、高蛋白質(zhì)等多種優(yōu)點(diǎn),牛肉有補(bǔ)中益氣,滋養(yǎng)脾胃,強(qiáng)健筋骨,安胎補(bǔ)神等功效,是人們現(xiàn)今消費(fèi)理念的不二選擇,延邊黃牛正在黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)中扮演著舉足輕重的角色。延邊州政府調(diào)整了畜牧業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),積極打造圖們江區(qū)域的肉牛品牌。隨著延邊州黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,延邊州對黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,科學(xué)化建立了黃牛養(yǎng)殖和加工體系,通過科學(xué)化養(yǎng)殖提升牛肉口感,通過專業(yè)的深加工技術(shù)來提高牛肉的品質(zhì)�，F(xiàn)今,延邊黃牛已初步形成了具有一定競爭力的區(qū)域化主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。 隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,國際合作、經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化趨勢越來越明顯,面對機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)如何將延邊黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)做大做強(qiáng),早日立足國內(nèi),推向國際,本文主要對此問題進(jìn)行研究,對延邊黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀、制約延邊黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行了深入分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了延邊黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策,主要有產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)、加大優(yōu)良品種的引進(jìn)和培育力度、科技示范和推廣、資源保護(hù)和行政管理、實(shí)行農(nóng)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)和管理,創(chuàng)建產(chǎn)地品牌、加強(qiáng)市場信息服務(wù)體系建設(shè),提供綜合服務(wù)、發(fā)揮區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,開拓國外市場、建立家庭分散飼養(yǎng)生態(tài)模式、規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)生態(tài)模式、龍頭企業(yè)+養(yǎng)殖戶模式。 本文通過對延邊黃牛的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,及制約黃牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素的研究,提出了延邊黃�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的道路的對策。以此來提升延邊黃牛的產(chǎn)業(yè)水平,以及帶動整個延邊地區(qū)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the change of people's consumption idea and taste structure is becoming more and more obvious. People pay more and more attention to the safety of meat food. Beef is rich in creatine, carnitine, high protein and other advantages. Beef has the functions of replenishing qi, nourishing spleen and stomach, strengthening muscles and bones, soothing fetus and nourishing spirit, etc. Yanbian Yellow cattle are playing an important role in the cattle industry. The Yanbian state government has adjusted the animal husbandry structure. With the implementation of Yanbian cattle industry strategy and the development of yellow cattle industry in Yanbian prefecture, a scientific cattle breeding and processing system was established to improve the taste of beef through scientific breeding. In order to improve the quality of beef, Yanbian Yellow cattle has formed a competitive regional leading industry. With the rapid development of the world economy and international cooperation, the trend of economic integration is becoming more and more obvious. In the face of opportunities and challenges, how to make Yanbian cattle industry bigger and stronger, and how to base itself on the domestic market as soon as possible and push it to the international level, this paper mainly studies this problem. The present situation of Yanbian yellow cattle industry production and management and the factors restricting the sustainable development of Yanbian cattle industry were deeply analyzed, and the countermeasures for the sustainable development of Yanbian cattle industry were put forward. They are mainly the construction of industrial chains and infrastructure, the strengthening of the introduction and cultivation of fine varieties, the demonstration and promotion of science and technology, the protection of resources and administrative management, the implementation of standardized agricultural production and management, and the establishment of brands of origin. To strengthen the construction of market information service system, to provide comprehensive services, to give full play to regional advantages, to open up foreign markets, to establish ecological models of decentralized feeding of families, ecological models of large-scale farming communities, and models of leading enterprises. Based on the analysis of the present situation of Yanbian yellow cattle and the study of the factors restricting the development of Yanbian yellow cattle industry, the countermeasures of sustainable development of Yanbian yellow cattle were put forward in order to improve the industrial level of Yanbian yellow cattle. And drive the whole Yanbian area of regional economic development.
