【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是中小企業(yè)的重要發(fā)展模式，如何有效的帶動集群企業(yè)和整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展，是一個重要研究課題。云計算一種新興技術(shù)和商業(yè)模式，對促進我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變具有至關(guān)重要的作用。北京、上海、廣東等地率先啟動了云計算產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè)，廣東已將發(fā)展云計算產(chǎn)業(yè)提升到戰(zhàn)略層面�；葜葜賽鸶咝聟^(qū)正在搭建企業(yè)級云計算平臺和完善企業(yè)級云計算產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的建設(shè)，以此加速制造業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級和催生新興產(chǎn)業(yè)�；葜輰⒁劳薪K端制造的優(yōu)勢，以發(fā)展云技術(shù)和終端相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)為重點，利用廣東的產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域優(yōu)勢技術(shù)的集成，，進而提升產(chǎn)業(yè)群的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度和整體的創(chuàng)新能力，形成專業(yè)化的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚。 本文回顧了國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究的理論，描述了智能終端與云計算產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，分析了惠州仲愷高新區(qū)云計算智能終端創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的建設(shè)情況，提出了目前所存在的問題和解決措施�；葜菰朴嬎阒悄芙K端創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的公共服務(wù)平臺建設(shè)是全省乃至全國范圍內(nèi)的一次創(chuàng)新式嘗試，本文的研究結(jié)果對國內(nèi)其他高新區(qū)建設(shè)高新技術(shù)公共服務(wù)平臺具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is an important development model of small and medium-sized enterprises. How to effectively drive the development of cluster enterprises and the entire industrial chain is an important research topic. Cloud computing is a new technology and business model. It plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure and realizing the transformation of the mode of economic development. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places have first started the construction of cloud computing industrial parks. Guangdong has promoted the development of cloud computing industry to a strategic level. Huizhou Zhongkai High-Tech Zone is building enterprise cloud computing platform and improving the construction of enterprise cloud computing industry chain, so as to accelerate the manufacturing industry. Huizhou will rely on the advantages of terminal manufacturing, focus on the development of cloud technology and terminal related industry technology, and utilize the integration of industrial regional advantage technology of Guangdong. Then the industrial association degree and the overall innovation ability of the industrial cluster are promoted to form the specialized industrial agglomeration. This paper reviews the theory of industrial cluster research at home and abroad, describes the development of intelligent terminal and cloud computing industry, and analyzes the construction of innovative industrial cluster of cloud computing intelligent terminal in Zhongkai high-tech zone of Huizhou. Put forward the existing problems and solutions. Huizhou cloud computing intelligent terminal innovative industrial cluster of public service platform construction is an innovative attempt throughout the province and even throughout the country. The results of this paper can be used for reference in the construction of high-tech public service platform in other high-tech zones in China.
