【摘要】:歐洲主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)影響全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇。在外需不振、政府大規(guī)模投資難以持續(xù)長(zhǎng)久的情況下,啟動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)、擴(kuò)大消費(fèi)對(duì)于推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng)就顯得頗為重要而迫切。在此背景下,政府出臺(tái)一些促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的宏觀政策。在《關(guān)于信貸結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的意見(jiàn)書(shū)》中,,中國(guó)銀行監(jiān)督委員會(huì)匯同中國(guó)人民銀行明確提出“鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展消費(fèi)信貸,做好消費(fèi)信貸市場(chǎng)”。由此能夠得出,為了改變?cè)鲩L(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),加速經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,消費(fèi)信貸能夠有效地拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。 人們的生活隨著科學(xué)信息技術(shù)的均產(chǎn)生了日新月異的變化,商業(yè)銀行在信息技術(shù)的帶動(dòng)下獲得快速發(fā)展。從原始社會(huì)的石質(zhì)錢(qián)幣演變到現(xiàn)代電子支付時(shí)代的銀行卡,已經(jīng)給人類(lèi)社會(huì)所使用的貨幣帶來(lái)質(zhì)的飛躍。銀行卡作為電子貨幣,不僅改變了居民的消費(fèi)支付方式,同時(shí)也改變了人們的消費(fèi)支付習(xí)慣。從居民的支付方式和信用卡的消費(fèi)信貸這兩個(gè)方面,銀行卡提升消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi)傾向,從而達(dá)到拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的目的。 銀行卡產(chǎn)業(yè)已有的文獻(xiàn)均得到了銀行卡能夠?qū)οM(fèi)產(chǎn)生促進(jìn)作用。本文主要是從以下幾個(gè)方面來(lái)論述,首先從中國(guó)人民銀行報(bào)告中概述銀行卡消費(fèi)信貸市場(chǎng)規(guī)模等,從已有文獻(xiàn)資料中分析城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)行為特征,20世紀(jì)90年代后,我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)居民的消費(fèi)行為發(fā)生變異,表現(xiàn)為流動(dòng)性約束和在不確定性下的消費(fèi)行為特征。綜合已有文獻(xiàn)中影響居民行為的其他因素,再根據(jù)以下兩個(gè)理論:(1)信用卡消費(fèi)信貸有效促進(jìn)消費(fèi);(2)銀行卡的支付方式影響居民的消費(fèi)行為,構(gòu)建一個(gè)具有可變邊際消費(fèi)傾向包含信用卡消費(fèi)信貸的消費(fèi)函數(shù)模型。選取2002到2011年季度數(shù)據(jù),使用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的回歸分析,實(shí)證了信用卡應(yīng)償余額對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)的促進(jìn)作用以及銀行卡支付方式對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)行為的影響。得出的結(jié)論是上一期和本期的新增信用卡應(yīng)償余額對(duì)本期消費(fèi)的邊際貢獻(xiàn)分別是0.89和1.13,銀行卡支付對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民邊際消費(fèi)傾向的影響系數(shù)為0.064676。最后,通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)外(以美國(guó)、歐盟、韓國(guó)為例)發(fā)展銀行卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的方法與經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)發(fā)展我國(guó)銀行卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The sovereign debt crisis in Europe has affected the global economic recovery. In the face of weak external demand and unsustainable large-scale government investment, the domestic market has been activated. It is very important and urgent to expand consumption in order to promote the sustained and rapid economic growth in China. Under this background, the government has issued some macro-policies to promote economic growth. The Bank of China Supervisory Commission and the people's Bank of China explicitly proposed "encouraging the development of consumer credit and doing a good job in the consumer credit market." from this, it can be concluded that in order to change the growth structure and speed up economic transformation. Consumer credit can effectively stimulate consumption and promote economic growth. With the development of science and information technology, people's life has changed with each passing day. Driven by information technology, commercial banks have developed rapidly from stone coins in primitive society to bank cards in the era of modern electronic payment. Bank card, as an electronic currency, has not only changed the consumption and payment methods of residents. At the same time, it has also changed people's consumption and payment habits. From the two aspects of residents' payment mode and credit card's consumption credit, bank card promotes consumer's consumption tendency, thus achieves the purpose of stimulating economic growth. Bank card industry has been obtained in the literature can promote the consumption of bank cards. This paper mainly from the following aspects to discuss. Firstly, the scale of consumer credit market of bank card is summarized from the report of the people's Bank of China, and the characteristics of consumer behavior of urban residents are analyzed from the existing literature. After 90s of the 20th century. The consumption behavior of urban residents in China varies, which is manifested by liquidity constraints and the characteristics of consumption behavior under uncertainty, and synthesizes the other factors that affect the behavior of residents in the existing literature. Then according to the following two theories: 1) Credit card consumer credit effectively promotes consumption; Second, the payment mode of bank card affects the consumption behavior of residents, and constructs a consumption function model with variable marginal consumption tendency including credit card consumption credit. Select the quarterly data from 2002 to 2011. Use econometric regression analysis. The paper demonstrates the promoting effect of credit card payable balance on urban residents' consumption and the effect of bank card payment mode on urban residents' consumption behavior. The conclusion is that the new credit card payable balance in the previous period and the current period has a positive effect on the consumption behavior of urban residents. The marginal contribution of fees is 0.89 and 1.13 respectively. The influence coefficient of bank card payment on the marginal propensity of consumption of urban residents is 0.064676.Finally, the methods and experiences of developing bank card industry in foreign countries (such as USA, EU, Korea) are used for reference. Summary of the development of China's banking card industry policy recommendations.
