【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,國際和地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)重大事件頻發(fā),使得中東舊秩序遭到嚴(yán)重沖擊,地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略平衡被打破,地緣政治關(guān)系和安全格局發(fā)生重大調(diào)整,傳統(tǒng)政治地理邊界面臨重組,政治生態(tài)變化。中東變局作為中東新舊秩序交替的拐點(diǎn)影響深遠(yuǎn)。未來相當(dāng)長一段時(shí)期里,中東將處于新舊秩序交替階段。而中東陷入無序狀態(tài)給中國的中東外交和利益維護(hù)造成很大沖擊。鑒于中東作為中國"大周邊"的地位日益突出,以及維護(hù)中國在中東利益日益增大的需要,中國必須在中東有所擔(dān)當(dāng),有所作為,并積極參與中東新秩序的塑造。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the frequent occurrence of major events in the international and regional scope has seriously impacted the old order of the Middle East, upset the regional strategic balance, and greatly adjusted the geopolitical relations and security patterns. The traditional political geography boundary faces the reorganization, the political ecology changes. The Middle East change as the new old order alternates the turning point in the Middle East to have the profound influence. In the future quite a long period of time. The Middle East will be in an alternate stage of the old and new order, and the Middle East will fall into a state of disorder, which will have a great impact on China's diplomacy and interests in the Middle East, since the status of the Middle East as China's "big periphery" is becoming increasingly prominent. As well as the growing need to safeguard China's interests in the Middle East, China must play a role in the Middle East and take an active part in shaping the new Middle East order.
