【摘要】：以金磚國家為研究對象,通過構(gòu)建國家層面的創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)體系并結(jié)合因子分析法對中國、俄羅斯、巴西、印度及南非的國家創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)評測,進(jìn)而基于國家知識存量資本、制度資本、知識溢出資本、信息技術(shù)資本、創(chuàng)新文化資本等五個維度對影響金磚國家創(chuàng)新能力的因素進(jìn)行計量實證。研究認(rèn)為金磚國家應(yīng)緊密圍繞創(chuàng)新型國家的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,全面深化科技體制改革,營造積極健康的科研創(chuàng)新環(huán)境,加強對知識運用和產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)力度,同時應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提升金磚五國之間的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新水平,通過多邊科技合作實現(xiàn)共贏局面。
[Abstract]:Taking the BRICS as the research object, this paper systematically evaluates the innovation capability of China, Russia, Brazil, India and South Africa by constructing the index system of innovation ability at the national level and combining the factor analysis. Then based on the national knowledge stock capital, institutional capital, knowledge spillover capital, information technology capital. Five dimensions, such as innovation cultural capital, are used to measure the factors that affect the innovation ability of BRICS countries. The research suggests that BRICS countries should closely focus on the development strategy of innovative countries and comprehensively deepen the reform of science and technology system. In order to create a positive and healthy environment for scientific research and innovation and strengthen the protection of knowledge utilization and property rights, the level of cooperative innovation among the BRICS countries should be further promoted, and the win-win situation should be realized through multilateral scientific and technological cooperation.
