【摘要】：正騰換"蝶變"核心要義是創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),具體載體就是"四換三名兩化融合"(包括加快騰籠換鳥、機(jī)器換人、電商換市、空間換地步伐;培育名企、名品、名家,以及工業(yè)化和信息化深度融合)。省委省政府、市委市政府都把"四換三名兩化融合"工作作為推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,加快經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要保證,作為當(dāng)前全省、全市一項(xiàng)重要的工作來抓,并出臺(tái)了一系列文件,用大力度的政策和舉措倒逼、支持各地區(qū)和廣大企業(yè)開展"四換三名兩化融合"。
