【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是伴隨人類社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一種空間集聚現(xiàn)象，也是人類社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物，一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化水平與其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r密切相關(guān)。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長會(huì)促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展，城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展也會(huì)影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。資本積累、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)、集聚經(jīng)濟(jì)、學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)及勞動(dòng)分工都是城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的源泉，而城鎮(zhèn)又是學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)、資本積累及勞動(dòng)分工最優(yōu)效率的區(qū)域，因此，城鎮(zhèn)已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要的空間集聚載體，城鎮(zhèn)化就成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要引擎。河南省作為全國第一人口大省、第一農(nóng)業(yè)大省、第一糧食生產(chǎn)大省，經(jīng)過改革開放30多年的發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得了輝煌的成績，與此同時(shí)，其城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展也得到了一定的發(fā)展。但有關(guān)河南省城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間究竟存在怎樣的互動(dòng)關(guān)系，歷來文獻(xiàn)并未作出分析，因此研究河南省城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系就具有了重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。弄清楚這一問題，有利于河南省在推動(dòng)城鎮(zhèn)化與加快經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的過程中因地制宜采取合理的舉策。 本文首先對(duì)有關(guān)城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述，并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)河南省城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)全面的分析。通過對(duì)河南省1978-2010年城鎮(zhèn)化率與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)利用協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、誤差修正模型、格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)、脈沖響應(yīng)分析及預(yù)測(cè)方差分解等計(jì)量分析方法，對(duì)河南省的城鎮(zhèn)化水平與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的實(shí)證研究。 本文包括五部分： 第一部分，導(dǎo)言。這部分主要包括論文的寫作的研究背景、研究意義、研究目的、研究思路、方法和框架結(jié)構(gòu)及論文的創(chuàng)新及不足。 第二部分，相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述。這部分主要對(duì)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長關(guān)系的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理，包括城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的相關(guān)性相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、城鎮(zhèn)化推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，最后對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)作了簡要評(píng)述。 第三部分，相關(guān)理論介紹。這部分主要介紹了城鎮(zhèn)化理論，主要包括城鎮(zhèn)化的定義及其內(nèi)涵、城鎮(zhèn)化水平的測(cè)度和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的“S”型規(guī)律；經(jīng)濟(jì)增長，主要包括古典經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論、新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論、新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論即內(nèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論；城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的互動(dòng)理論，主要可以分為發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)中的城鎮(zhèn)化理論、新型古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的分工理論導(dǎo)致的城鎮(zhèn)化理論和城市經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的相關(guān)理論觀點(diǎn)。 第四部分，河南省城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長實(shí)證研究。這部分首先介紹了論文所用的研究方法，然后利用河南省1978-2010年的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)、脈沖響應(yīng)及方差分解模型，對(duì)河南省1978年以來的城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)及分析。 第五部分，結(jié)論及政策建議。通過實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，在當(dāng)前階段河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化水平提高具有明顯作用，城鎮(zhèn)化水平隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)增長而不斷提高，但城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用不明顯，或者說城鎮(zhèn)化帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用需要在一個(gè)較長的時(shí)間內(nèi)才能得到發(fā)揮。因此，，為了保持河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長，加快城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程，促進(jìn)河南省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間形成良好的相互促進(jìn)機(jī)制，應(yīng)因地制宜采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧?br/>[Abstract]:Urbanization is a phenomenon of agglomeration space with human social and economic development, is the inevitable product of the development of human society, a country or region's urbanization level and economic development are closely related. The economic growth will promote the development of urbanization, the urbanization will also affect economic growth. The accumulation of capital, economies of scale. Agglomeration economy, learning effect and the division of labor is the source of urban economic growth, and the cities are learning effect, capital accumulation and the optimal efficiency of the regional division of labor, therefore, urban agglomeration has become the important carrier of economic growth space, urbanization has become an important engine of economic growth in Henan Province as the first. Renkoutaixing, the first major agricultural province, the first major grain producing province, after 30 years of reform and opening-up, economic construction has made brilliant achievements, at the same time, the development of Urbanization Also got certain development. But the Henan province urbanization and economic growth is how is the interaction between literature, has not made the analysis, therefore the research of relationship between urbanization and economic growth in Henan province has important practical significance. To clarify this issue, in favor of Henan Province in the process of promoting urbanization with the acceleration of economic growth in light of local conditions to take reasonable for policy.
This paper first discusses the relevant literature about urbanization and economic growth are summarized, and based on the systematic analysis on the relationship between urbanization and economic growth in Henan province. Through the relevant data of 1978-2010 in Henan province urbanization rate and economic growth by using cointegration test, error correction model, Grainger causality the relationship test, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition and measurement analysis method, the relationship between urbanization and economic growth in Henan province carried out empirical research in detail.
This article includes five parts:
The first part is introduction. This part mainly includes the research background, significance, purpose, train of thought, method and frame structure, and innovation and deficiency of the thesis.
The second part is literature review. This part is mainly on the domestic and foreign urbanization and economic growth are discussed, including the related literature correlation between urbanization and economic growth, economic growth and promote urbanization related literature, urbanization promote economic growth at the end of the relevant literature, relevant literature is reviewed briefly.
The third part introduces the related theories. This part mainly introduces the theory of urbanization, including the definition and connotation of urbanization, the urbanization level measure and urbanization development of the rule of "S"; economic growth, including the classical economic growth theory, neoclassical growth theory and new economic growth theory endogenous the theory of economic growth; the theory of interaction between urbanization and economic growth, which can be divided into two yuan in the development economics theory of economic structure, urbanization of the new economic geography theory, new classical economics division theory theory theory of urbanization and city economics perspectives lead.
The fourth part of Henan Province, urbanization and economic growth empirical research. This part introduces the research methods used in this paper, and then use the time series data of 1978-2010 in Henan Province, using cointegration test, Grainger causality test, impulse response and variance decomposition model, the dynamic relationship between urbanization and economic growth of Henan Province in 1978 since the test and analysis.
The fifth part, the conclusion and the policy suggestion. Through the empirical analysis found that in the current stage of economic growth in Henan Province on the urbanization level has obvious effect, constantly raise the level of urbanization with the economic growth and urbanization, but no obvious effect on economic growth, or the effect of urbanization on economic growth in a long the time to get to play. Therefore, in order to maintain rapid economic growth in Henan Province, to speed up the process of urbanization, promote the good mutual promotion mechanism between the development of urbanization in Henan province and the economic growth, should take appropriate measures.
