【摘要】：經(jīng)濟增長問題始終是經(jīng)濟學(xué)界研究的熱點話題之一，昆明、曲靖、玉溪、楚雄四城市的經(jīng)濟增長一直處于云南省的前列，尤其是這四個城市在被整合為滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)后，它們的發(fā)展又被列入了“十二五”規(guī)劃，在國家和云南省政府的著力打造下，滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)成為面向西南開放橋頭堡戰(zhàn)略中的領(lǐng)頭羊，但是在經(jīng)濟快速增長的同時，不可避免地會出現(xiàn)一些問題，滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)部各城市之間經(jīng)濟存在一定差距，，這種現(xiàn)狀會影響政策的實施效率。因此許多學(xué)者紛紛探討滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展問題，就現(xiàn)有的研究成果來看，從差異角度來研究滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟狀況的文獻比較多，但是從收斂性角度研究的文獻少之又少，收斂性研究能夠為快速實現(xiàn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供一種思路，因此，有必要對滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進行收斂性探析。本文通過分析滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)42個縣市的經(jīng)濟增長差異與收斂狀況，得出影響滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)收斂的關(guān)鍵性因素，并從這些因素著手提出對策建議，為正在進行的滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設(shè)提供參考意見，具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先分析滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)的經(jīng)濟增長差異現(xiàn)狀，得出該地區(qū)確實存在經(jīng)濟增長差異的結(jié)論，并利用非線性分形法對差異的變化趨勢進行預(yù)測，發(fā)現(xiàn)滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)的經(jīng)濟增長差異將縮小。然后在新古典經(jīng)濟增長理論與新經(jīng)濟增長理論的基礎(chǔ)上，利用滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)42個縣區(qū)在2001-2010年的面板數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建計量模型，得出滇中經(jīng)濟區(qū)存在絕對β收斂的結(jié)論，并測算了收斂速度，具體探討了影響絕對β收斂的因素，得出財政收入、工業(yè)化、人力資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對收斂有顯著促進作用；最后提出從經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)、制度變遷、人力資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、城鎮(zhèn)化率等方面創(chuàng)造條件加快提高收斂速度的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The issue of economic growth has always been one of the hot topics in the field of economic research, Kunming, Qujing, Yuxi, Chuxiong four cities of economic growth has been in the forefront of Yunnan Province. In particular, after the four cities were integrated into the central Yunnan economic zone, their development was included in the "12th Five-Year Plan", under the efforts of the state and the Yunnan provincial government. The central Yunnan economic zone has become the leader in the strategy of opening bridgehead to the southwest, but at the same time of rapid economic growth, there will inevitably be some problems. There is a certain gap between the cities in the central Yunnan economic zone, which will affect the efficiency of the implementation of the policy. Therefore, many scholars have discussed the coordinated development of the central Yunnan economic zone, from the point of view of the existing research results. There are many documents to study the economic situation in the economic zone of central Yunnan from the point of view of difference, but there are very few from the angle of convergence. The study of convergence can provide a way of thinking for the rapid realization of regional coordinated development. It is necessary to analyze the convergence of economic development in central Yunnan economic zone. By analyzing the difference and convergence of economic growth of 42 counties and cities in central Yunnan economic zone, the paper draws the key factors that affect the convergence of central Yunnan economic zone. It is of great practical significance to put forward countermeasures and suggestions from these factors in order to provide reference for the construction of the economic zone in central Yunnan. This paper first analyzes the economic growth difference of the central Yunnan economic zone, and draws the conclusion that the economic growth difference does exist in this area, and forecasts the trend of the difference by using the nonlinear fractal method. It is found that the difference of economic growth in the economic zone of central Yunnan will be reduced, and then on the basis of the neoclassical economic growth theory and the new economic growth theory. Based on the panel data of 42 counties and regions in central Yunnan economic zone from 2001 to 2010, this paper constructs an econometric model, and draws the conclusion that absolute 尾 convergence exists in the central Yunnan economic zone, and calculates the convergence rate. The factors influencing absolute 尾 convergence are discussed in detail, and it is concluded that fiscal revenue, industrialization, human capital and industrial structure play a significant role in promoting convergence. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to speed up the convergence rate from the aspects of economic base, institutional change, human capital, industrial structure, urbanization rate and so on.
