【摘要】：正在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、科技革命及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的共同推動(dòng)下,當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)正發(fā)生深刻的變化,增加資本的形成、增加勞動(dòng)投入、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步、培育人力資本以及推動(dòng)制度變革,這些要素都可以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)主要是通過兩種途徑來實(shí)現(xiàn)的:一種是通過增加生產(chǎn)要素的投入量,擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模來增加產(chǎn)值;另一種是依靠提高生產(chǎn)要素的使用效率和組合價(jià)值的方式來推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)就是通過影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的要素,對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生直接或間接的效應(yīng),從而有力地推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。一、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)生產(chǎn)要素的影響高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)生產(chǎn)要素的影響主要體現(xiàn)在對(duì)各要素邊際生產(chǎn)率的影響上,高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅可以促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)要素自身技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)由低素質(zhì)向高素質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化,而且可以促
[Abstract]:Driven by economic globalization, scientific and technological revolution and the optimization of industrial structure, the contemporary economy is undergoing profound changes, increasing the formation of capital, increasing labor input and promoting industrial technological progress. To cultivate human capital and to promote institutional change, these elements can promote economic growth. Regional economic growth is mainly achieved through two ways: one is by increasing the input of production factors. Enlarging the production scale to increase the output value; The other is to promote economic growth by improving the efficiency and combination value of factors of production. High-tech industries are the factors that affect regional economic growth. It has direct or indirect effects on regional economy, thus promoting regional economic growth. The influence of high-tech industry on factors of production the influence of high-tech industry on factors of production is mainly reflected in the impact on the marginal productivity of each factor. High-tech industry can not only promote the transformation of the technological structure of production elements from low quality to high quality, but also promote the transformation of production elements from low quality to high quality.
