【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)80年代,我國沿海地區(qū)引進(jìn)外資,開展加工貿(mào)易以來,這些地區(qū)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。外貿(mào)出口增長迅猛,已成為我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易的主力軍,為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。而作為對(duì)外貿(mào)易中重要的一只力量,加工貿(mào)易在其中發(fā)揮了重要作用。加工貿(mào)易作為我國利用勞動(dòng)力優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要手段,不只是帶動(dòng)了出口,更是帶動(dòng)了大量的就業(yè)。然而,隨著我國勞動(dòng)力優(yōu)勢(shì)日益弱化,沿海地區(qū)加工貿(mào)易面臨著重大轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí)。 而作為中部大省的安徽,加工貿(mào)易開展較晚,經(jīng)濟(jì)水平相比東部沿海地區(qū)仍然較落后,現(xiàn)階段主要的任務(wù)還是繼續(xù)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,提高老百姓的生活水平。安徽省毗鄰長三角,工業(yè)門類齊全,有著大量的勞動(dòng)力資源,發(fā)展加工貿(mào)易有較好的優(yōu)勢(shì)。但安徽省加工貿(mào)易總量還較低,發(fā)展水平還不高。隨著安徽省皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)上升到國家戰(zhàn)略,安徽省面臨著承接?xùn)|部沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,大力發(fā)展加工貿(mào)易的重大機(jī)遇。在這樣的背景下,研究安徽省如何抓住機(jī)遇,更好更快地發(fā)展加工貿(mào)易并促進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。因此,本文首先回顧了加工貿(mào)易與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究,然后通過建立加工貿(mào)易的形成的框架,通過主客觀因素分析了加工貿(mào)易形成的背景。接著,在分析了安徽省加工貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀后,通過產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與國家區(qū)域政策對(duì)加工貿(mào)易的影響的分析,闡述了安徽省加工貿(mào)易存在的問題及原因。而后,通過計(jì)量分析,得出了安徽省加工貿(mào)易對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長有一定的貢獻(xiàn),但貢獻(xiàn)還不夠大。最后,綜合上述情況,給出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since -20s, China's coastal areas have introduced foreign capital and developed processing trade, these areas have undergone earth-shaking changes. The rapid growth of foreign trade export has become the main force of China's foreign trade. As an important force in foreign trade, processing trade plays an important role in it. Processing trade is an important means for our country to make use of the advantage of labor force. Not only export, but also a great deal of employment. However, with the weakening of labor force advantage, processing trade in coastal areas is facing a major transformation and upgrading. As a big central province of Anhui, processing trade developed late, the economic level is still relatively backward compared with the eastern coastal areas, at this stage, the main task is to continue to promote economic growth. Anhui Province is adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta, with a complete range of industrial categories, a large number of labor resources, the development of processing trade has a better advantage, but the total amount of processing trade in Anhui Province is still relatively low. The level of development is not high. Anhui Province is facing to undertake the industrial transfer in the eastern coastal areas with Anhui Province to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone rising to the national strategy. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to study how to seize the opportunity, to develop processing trade better and faster and to promote the structural upgrading in Anhui Province. This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign research on the relationship between processing trade and economic growth, then through the establishment of the framework of the formation of processing trade, through subjective and objective factors to analyze the background of the formation of processing trade. After analyzing the current situation of processing trade in Anhui Province, the paper expounds the problems and causes of processing trade in Anhui Province through the analysis of the influence of industrial transfer and national regional policy on processing trade. It is concluded that the processing trade of Anhui province has a certain contribution to the economic growth, but the contribution is not enough. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are given in the light of the above situation.
