【摘要】：中國(guó)在加入世界貿(mào)易組織后,正加緊實(shí)施“走出去”的對(duì)外開(kāi)放戰(zhàn)略,鼓勵(lì)和支持有條件的企業(yè)走出國(guó)門開(kāi)展對(duì)外直接投資。山東省對(duì)外直接投資是我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的重要組成部分,伴隨著“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,山東企業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資步伐也隨之加大,研究山東省對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)母國(guó)所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)將有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在全面介紹當(dāng)前國(guó)際直接投資概況的基礎(chǔ)上,本文首先從發(fā)展階段、投資規(guī)模、行業(yè)分布、區(qū)位分布、投資主體進(jìn)入方式等方面闡述了當(dāng)前山東省對(duì)外直接投資的基本概況和特征,得出山東省具備擴(kuò)大對(duì)外直接投資的基本條件。在實(shí)證分析部分,本文運(yùn)用協(xié)整分析方法,首次對(duì)山東省對(duì)外直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步、就業(yè)間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了計(jì)量分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)外直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步、就業(yè)間均存在長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系；并通過(guò)格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn),分析了對(duì)外直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步、就業(yè)間的因果關(guān)系,為此建議山東省政府采取更有利的措施鼓勵(lì)、推動(dòng)企業(yè)積極開(kāi)展對(duì)外投資。 除去緒論部分本文共有五個(gè)部分,在第二部分對(duì)相關(guān)研究理論進(jìn)行了回顧,為研究山東省對(duì)外直接投資和山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系提供了理論支持。第三部分主要介紹了山東省對(duì)外直接投資的概況。本部分首先介紹了山東省對(duì)外直接投資的總體特征,然后具體分析了山東省對(duì)外直接投資在區(qū)位分布上、行業(yè)分布上、投資主體上、進(jìn)入方式上的特點(diǎn)。第四部分就實(shí)證分析所使用的分析方法、模型以及數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,首先介紹了本文實(shí)證分析所使用的分析方法,包括單位根檢驗(yàn)方法、協(xié)整分析方法、因果檢驗(yàn)法；然后就用到的模型和數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)定和說(shuō)明。第五部分實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了山東省對(duì)外直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步和就業(yè)之間的關(guān)系。第六部分為結(jié)論和政策建議。
[Abstract]:After China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), it is stepping up its strategy of "going out" to the outside world. Encouraging and supporting qualified enterprises to go abroad to carry out foreign direct investment. Shandong Province foreign direct investment is an important part of China's foreign direct investment, along with the implementation of the "going out" strategy. The foreign direct investment (FDI) of Shandong enterprises is also increasing, so it will be of great practical significance to study the economic effect of Shandong OFDI on the home country. On the basis of a comprehensive introduction of the current situation of international direct investment, this paper first from the development stage, investment scale, industry distribution, location distribution. This paper expounds the basic situation and characteristics of Shandong Province's foreign direct investment, and concludes that Shandong Province has the basic conditions of expanding foreign direct investment. In the part of empirical analysis. In this paper, the co-integration analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between FDI and economic growth, technological progress and employment for the first time in Shandong Province, and it is found that FDI and economic growth, technological progress. There is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between employment; Through Granger causality test, this paper analyzes the causal relationship between FDI and economic growth, technological progress and employment. Therefore, it is suggested that Shandong provincial government should take more favorable measures to encourage it. Promote enterprises to actively carry out foreign investment. Apart from the introduction, there are five parts in this paper. In the second part, the relevant research theories are reviewed. The third part mainly introduces the general situation of Shandong province's outward direct investment. This part first introduces Shandong province's foreign direct investment. The overall characteristics of investment. Then it analyzes the characteristics of Shandong OFDI in location distribution, industry distribution, investment subject, entry mode. 4th part of the empirical analysis of the use of analysis methods. The model and data are explained. Firstly, the analysis methods used in this paper are introduced, including unit root test method, cointegration analysis method, causality test method. Then the models and data used are set up and explained. Part 5th empirically tests the relationship between FDI and economic growth, technological progress and employment in Shandong Province. Part 6th is the conclusion and policy recommendations.
