【摘要】：在黨的十七屆五中全會(huì)提出了“三化同步”發(fā)展之后，學(xué)界呈現(xiàn)研究“三化”問題的熱潮�？h域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化（以下文中簡稱“三化”）息息相關(guān)，為了能更好的促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，必須使工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展，所以“三化”互動(dòng)關(guān)系的研究是非常必要。長三角位于我國東部沿海地區(qū)，是改革開放的經(jīng)濟(jì)試驗(yàn)田，既是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力最強(qiáng)勁的地區(qū)之一，也是我國縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平最高的地區(qū)，每年中郡所推出的全國百強(qiáng)縣評比中長三角地區(qū)的縣（市）都會(huì)占據(jù)近半壁江山。所以論文以長三角的百強(qiáng)縣為例，試圖通過對該地區(qū)的工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化互動(dòng)關(guān)系的分析，找到縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新途徑。 首先，本文在大量閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上對有關(guān)“三化”的各種優(yōu)秀論文和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述，，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注“三化”中工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的相互之間的關(guān)系，發(fā)現(xiàn)在不同的區(qū)域，“三化”之間的協(xié)調(diào)度不一樣，而且主要產(chǎn)業(yè)必然不盡相同，如有的地方工業(yè)化處于主導(dǎo)地位，而有的地方是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化占主導(dǎo)地位。然后，根據(jù)自己的理解在理論研究部分對“三化”之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行理論上的研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上，通過自己選擇的多元統(tǒng)計(jì)和計(jì)量分析方法，進(jìn)行指標(biāo)選擇和數(shù)據(jù)整理，通過主成分分析對長三角百強(qiáng)縣的“三化”進(jìn)行打分排名，然后通過多元回歸找出長三角地區(qū)“三化”之間的關(guān)系。在實(shí)證研究部分，主要對長三角地區(qū)的百強(qiáng)縣“三化”發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)研究和分析，進(jìn)而提出自己的研究結(jié)論。全文以數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，研究“三化”之間的關(guān)系，用理論分析和實(shí)證分析作對比，定性和定量分析相結(jié)合，找出長三角地區(qū)“三化”之間的關(guān)系。最后，根據(jù)實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果，本文提出加強(qiáng)“三化”互動(dòng)關(guān)系推進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:In the fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee the party put forward the "three simultaneous" development, academic research shows "three" problem of the boom. The county economy development and industrialization, urbanization, modernization of agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the "three") are closely related, in order to better promote the development of county economy, must make industrialization. Urbanization, agricultural modernization joint development, so the study of the "three" interaction is very necessary. The Yangtze River Delta is located in the eastern coastal areas of China, the economy is the experimental field of reform and opening up, which is one of the most powerful economic strength of our country area, but also the economic development of our country's highest level of county region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the national hundred the county in the County launched every year in the county (city) will occupy nearly half of the country. So the counties in the Yangtze River Delta as an example, through to the region's industrialization, urbanization, agriculture The analysis of the interactive relationship of modernization has found a new way for the development of the county economy.
First, this paper summarizes the "three" of the various outstanding papers and documents in extensive reading, focusing on the "three" in the industrialization and urbanization, the relationship between the modernization of agriculture, found in different regions, the "three" between the coordination degree is not the same, but the main industry it is not the same, such as some local industrialization is in the leading position, and in some places is the dominant agricultural modernization. Then, according to their own understanding in the theoretical study of the relationship between "three" between the theoretical study. On this basis, through multivariate statistical and econometric analysis method of their choice, index selection and data collection, through the principal component analysis of the Yangtze River Delta hundred county "three" score ranking, followed by multiple regression to find out the relationship between the Yangtze River Delta region "three" in the real. For research, statistical research and analysis of development of the Yangtze River Delta region hundred county "three", and then put forward my own research conclusion. According to the data, the study of the relationship between the "three", compared with the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, to identify the relationship between the Yangtze River Delta region "three". Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, put forward the corresponding suggestions to strengthen the "three" interactive relationship to advance the development of county economy in this paper.
