【摘要】：日本作為一個資源匱乏的狹長島國，其資本主義經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展離不開海外貿(mào)易。特別是在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)之前，由于國內(nèi)市場狹小及各經(jīng)濟部門發(fā)展不平衡等，日本經(jīng)濟對海外貿(mào)易的依賴尤為嚴重。這種依賴關(guān)系突出地反映在日本經(jīng)濟發(fā)展同海外貿(mào)易條件制約的矛盾之中，體現(xiàn)在政治上則是日本帝國主義與生俱來的侵略性與擴張性�？梢哉f，矛盾激化之日，正是日本帝國主義侵略擴張猖狂之時。從這個意義上講，，日本始自“九·一八事變”的瘋狂侵略擴張與幾乎同一時間發(fā)生的日本貿(mào)易危機之間有著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系。 從世界經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)與日本經(jīng)濟再生產(chǎn)構(gòu)造的關(guān)聯(lián)性視角出發(fā)，日本著名經(jīng)濟學家名和統(tǒng)一將二戰(zhàn)前的日本海外貿(mào)易概括為對美貿(mào)易、對英帝國圈貿(mào)易、對殖民地和中國貿(mào)易三個環(huán)節(jié)。日本以這三個環(huán)節(jié)的海外貿(mào)易為媒介維系著整個社會經(jīng)濟的擴大再生產(chǎn)循環(huán)。然而，這一貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)是薄弱的。1929年爆發(fā)的規(guī)模空前的世界經(jīng)濟大危機嚴重激化了“三環(huán)節(jié)”貿(mào)易的內(nèi)在矛盾。由于生絲出口獲取外匯能力的喪失，第一環(huán)節(jié)對美貿(mào)易陷入不斷擴大的巨額逆差。為確保資源和市場,日本開始以傾銷棉紡織品為主要手段向第二環(huán)節(jié)英帝國圈發(fā)起進攻，同時妄圖通過在第三環(huán)節(jié)進行侵略擴張。將建立并擴大由日本獨占的日元經(jīng)濟區(qū)視為使日本經(jīng)濟徹底擺脫受制于海外貿(mào)易的根本出路。在此背景下，“九·一八事變”爆發(fā)，日本開始了長達十五年的侵略戰(zhàn)爭。但是，日本經(jīng)濟對海外貿(mào)易的依賴局面卻并未因日本的侵略擴張和第三環(huán)節(jié)日元經(jīng)濟區(qū)的擴大而有所改變，反而由于戰(zhàn)爭的巨大消耗而更趨嚴重。于是日本只有寄希望于發(fā)動更大規(guī)模的侵略戰(zhàn)爭，獲取更多的資源來彌補這種消耗。如滾雪球般擴大的侵略戰(zhàn)爭的結(jié)果是使矛盾不斷激化，最后使日本經(jīng)濟同嚴重依賴著的第一環(huán)節(jié)、第二環(huán)節(jié)貿(mào)易完全斷絕。在失去這兩個環(huán)節(jié)的貿(mào)易之后，無論是陷入“內(nèi)耗”中的日本戰(zhàn)爭經(jīng)濟還是依靠經(jīng)濟支撐著的日本侵略戰(zhàn)爭最終都只剩下失敗一途了。
[Abstract]:As a narrow island country with scarce resources, Japan's capitalist economy can not develop without overseas trade, especially before the second World War, because of the narrow domestic market and unbalanced development of various economic sectors. The dependence of Japanese economy on overseas trade is especially serious, which is reflected in the contradiction between Japanese economic development and the restriction of overseas terms of trade. In politics, it is the innate aggression and expansibility of Japanese imperialism. It can be said that the day of intensification of contradictions is the time when Japanese imperialist aggression and expansion are rampant. In this sense. There is an inextricable connection between the aggressive expansion of Japan that began with the September 18 incident and the Japanese trade crisis that occurred almost at the same time. From the point of view of the relevance between the world economic structure and the Japanese economic reproduction structure, the famous Japanese economist name and unified summed up Japan's overseas trade before World War II as trade with the United States and with the British Imperial Circle. To the colony and China trade three links. Japan with these three links of overseas trade as a medium to maintain the entire social and economic expansion of reproduction cycle. The foundation of this trade structure is weak. The world economic crisis that broke out on an unprecedented scale in 1929 has seriously intensified the inherent contradiction of the "three links" trade, because of the loss of the ability of raw silk exports to obtain foreign exchange. In order to ensure resources and markets, Japan began to attack the second link of the British Imperial Circle by dumping cotton textiles as the main means. At the same time, we try to expand through aggression in the third link. We will establish and expand the Japanese yen economic zone which is monopolized by Japan as the fundamental way out for Japan's economy to completely get rid of the restrictions of overseas trade. The "September 18 incident" broke out and Japan began a 15-year war of aggression. Japan's economic dependence on overseas trade has not changed due to Japan's invasion and expansion of the third link of the yen economic zone. Instead, it was exacerbated by the enormous cost of the war, and Japan had to hope to wage a war of aggression on a larger scale. The result of the snowballing war of aggression was the intensification of the conflict, and finally the first link in which Japan's economy was heavily dependent. The second link of trade is completely cut off. After losing the two links of trade, whether it is into "internal friction" The Japanese war economy in the middle or the war of aggression supported by the economy were all left to fail in the end.
