【摘要】：在當(dāng)今社會，經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展離不開國家間的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作，各國間的經(jīng)濟(jì)依存度越來越高，任何一個國家都不可能脫離其他國家而單獨(dú)發(fā)展。自由貿(mào)易區(qū)合作是現(xiàn)在國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的主流形式之一。中國已與世界多個國家和地區(qū)建立了自由貿(mào)易區(qū)，并進(jìn)行著密切的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作，促進(jìn)了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。中國與發(fā)達(dá)國家建立的自由貿(mào)易區(qū)為數(shù)不多，爭取與資源豐富的發(fā)達(dá)國家發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)合作關(guān)系符合中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的長期利益。加拿大作為自然資源和能源豐富的發(fā)達(dá)國家，是理想的合作對象。中加兩國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在2011年-2012年的多次會晤中也表達(dá)了建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的堅(jiān)定意向。并完成了可行性報(bào)告。 在該時(shí)事背景下，基于學(xué)術(shù)實(shí)證性的考慮，本文對中加自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建立后的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)和其他一系列相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析與研究。選用了貿(mào)易引力模型和巴拉薩模型作為衡量貿(mào)易效應(yīng)的量化指標(biāo)，通過對中加兩國進(jìn)出口量的研究，運(yùn)用定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，選取了經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)中最主要的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)和投資效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了分析，并分析了貿(mào)易和投資活動帶來的相關(guān)福利效應(yīng)。最后預(yù)測了如何采取措施避免自貿(mào)區(qū)可能產(chǎn)生的貿(mào)易收益不平衡問題。 全文共分為五章，主要內(nèi)容歸納如下： 第一章緒論，簡要介紹了本文的選題背景、目的、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法，以及國內(nèi)外關(guān)于自由貿(mào)易區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)、自由貿(mào)易區(qū)靜態(tài)效應(yīng)和動態(tài)效應(yīng)及相關(guān)福利性的研究現(xiàn)狀，提出了本文的研究思路、框架及切入點(diǎn)。 第二章是本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。首先提出了中加建立自貿(mào)區(qū)的背景，并分析了建立中加自貿(mào)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)與非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素，，通過對中國和加拿大現(xiàn)狀的分析與研究，指出了自貿(mào)區(qū)建立的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和存在的優(yōu)勢條件，進(jìn)一步說明了自貿(mào)區(qū)建立的可行性。 第三章是本文的重點(diǎn)，對中加自貿(mào)區(qū)的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。運(yùn)用應(yīng)用廣泛的貿(mào)易引力模型和巴拉薩模型，針對中國與加拿大2000-2010年的進(jìn)出口量、GDP總量等參數(shù)進(jìn)行了模型回歸，擬合度較好，并得出中加自貿(mào)區(qū)建立后，可以對福利增長起到促進(jìn)作用。同時(shí)，分析了作用于中加自貿(mào)區(qū)貿(mào)易效應(yīng)的主要因素，以及貿(mào)易效應(yīng)帶來的福利效果分析。 第四章分析了中加建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)后的投資效應(yīng)。首先分析了影響跨國公司對外直接投資的因素，包括壟斷優(yōu)勢理論、內(nèi)部化理論、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢理論。再次，將投資效應(yīng)分為投資創(chuàng)造效應(yīng)和投資轉(zhuǎn)移效應(yīng)，通過區(qū)內(nèi)對區(qū)內(nèi)、區(qū)外對區(qū)內(nèi)投資創(chuàng)造效應(yīng)和投資轉(zhuǎn)移效應(yīng)的實(shí)證分析，總結(jié)了作用于中加自由貿(mào)易區(qū)投資效應(yīng)的主要因素，得出了投資效應(yīng)帶來的福利效果。 第五章指出了建立中加自貿(mào)區(qū)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，提出了我國的應(yīng)對戰(zhàn)略。中國與加拿大可能面臨長期利好與短期矛盾間的博弈，域內(nèi)外各層次經(jīng)濟(jì)體及美國的影響。因此，中國應(yīng)該正確處理與加拿大競爭與互補(bǔ)的關(guān)系，積極促進(jìn)國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:In today ' s society , the development of the economy is inseparable from the economic cooperation among nations , and the economic dependence among countries is becoming more and more high . The cooperation between China and developed countries is one of the mainstream forms of international economic cooperation . China has established free trade zones with many countries and regions of the world . It is an ideal cooperation object for China and developed countries with rich resources . The leaders of the two countries also expressed their firm intention to establish free trade zones in many meetings between 2011 and 2012 , and completed the feasibility report . In this context , based on the consideration of academic evidence , this paper systematically analyzes and studies the economic effect and other related problems after the establishment of the free trade area of China and Canada . The trade gravitation model and the Barraza model are used as the quantitative indexes to measure the trade effect . Through the research on the import and export quantity of the two countries , the main trade effect and investment effect in the economic effect are analyzed , and the related welfare effects brought by the trade and investment activities are analyzed . The full text is divided into five chapters , the main contents are summarized as follows : The first chapter introduces the background , purpose , research content and research methods of this paper , as well as domestic and foreign research on free trade area economic effect , free trade area static effect and dynamic effect and related welfare , and puts forward the research thinking , framework and entry point of this paper . The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper . Firstly , the background of the establishment of the FTZ is put forward , and the economic and non - economic factors of the establishment of the FTA are analyzed . Through the analysis and research on the present situation of China and Canada , the paper points out the realistic foundation and the existing advantages of the establishment of FTZ , and further explains the feasibility of the establishment of FTZ . The third chapter is the focus of this paper , empirical analysis on the trade effect of China and Canada ' s FTZ . By applying the widely used model of trade gravitation and Barraza model , this paper makes a model regression of the parameters such as the import and export volume and GDP of China and Canada from 2000 to 2010 , and can promote the growth of welfare . At the same time , the main factors that affect the trade effect of China and Canada are analyzed , and the benefit effects brought by the trade effect are analyzed . The fourth chapter analyzes the investment effect after the establishment of free trade area in China . First , the factors that affect the foreign direct investment of transnational corporations are analyzed , including the theory of monopoly advantage , internalization theory and location advantage theory . The investment effect is divided into investment creation effect and investment transfer effect . Chapter five points out the challenges facing the establishment of the Central and Canadian Free Trade Zone , and puts forward our country ' s response strategies . China and Canada may face long - term and short - term conflicts between the economy and the United States . Therefore , China should correctly handle the relationship with Canada ' s competition and complementarity , and actively promote the adjustment of domestic industrial structure .
