【摘要】:消費(fèi)是拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的原動(dòng)力,在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的今天,提高人民的生活水平,豐富人民的物質(zhì)文化生活,全面建成小康社會(huì),都離不開(kāi)消費(fèi)。然而,人們的消費(fèi)行為都是在一定的環(huán)境中進(jìn)行的,環(huán)境質(zhì)量是影響消費(fèi)質(zhì)量的一個(gè)很重要的因素。營(yíng)造良好的消費(fèi)環(huán)境是促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展、保證經(jīng)濟(jì)良好運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的重要保證。然而中國(guó)的消費(fèi)環(huán)境卻不盡人意,尤其是農(nóng)村的消費(fèi)環(huán)境。改革開(kāi)放三十多年,雖然中國(guó)農(nóng)村有了快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)民生活水平有了很大提升。但是農(nóng)村的消費(fèi)環(huán)境要遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于城市,存在很多問(wèn)題,諸如生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)落后,農(nóng)村市場(chǎng)體系不完善等等。這些問(wèn)題的存在都嚴(yán)重影響了農(nóng)民的消費(fèi),阻礙了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,不利于農(nóng)民的消費(fèi)水平的提高。解決這些問(wèn)題已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。因此,對(duì)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)環(huán)境研究有著重要意義。 本文以馬克思主義的消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外專(zhuān)家學(xué)者關(guān)于環(huán)境發(fā)展的重要理論為研究基點(diǎn),結(jié)合中國(guó)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)環(huán)境發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究,著重分析當(dāng)前中國(guó)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)環(huán)境發(fā)展所面臨的問(wèn)題,深入探索造成這些問(wèn)題的原因,最后探究改善中國(guó)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)環(huán)境的合理建議。 全文共分為五個(gè)部分:第1章緒論,介紹本文的研究背景與意義,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,最后介紹了本文的創(chuàng)新與不足和所采用的研究方法;第2章介紹消費(fèi)環(huán)境理論,為全文的研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ);第3章對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)環(huán)境發(fā)展取得的成就、面臨的問(wèn)題、以及造成這些問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行了分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上,第4章對(duì)于改善中國(guó)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)環(huán)境提出了可行的建議:政府加強(qiáng)政策支持,加大對(duì)農(nóng)村的資金投入,改善農(nóng)村的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村市場(chǎng)建設(shè)和管理,維護(hù)市場(chǎng)秩序,營(yíng)造和諧消費(fèi)環(huán)境;發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),,增加農(nóng)民收入,完善農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障體系建設(shè),解決農(nóng)民的后顧之憂;轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)民的消費(fèi)觀念,培養(yǎng)科學(xué)消費(fèi)的新思路,引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民理性消費(fèi),規(guī)范農(nóng)村的消費(fèi)行為。最后對(duì)全文做了總結(jié),同時(shí)提出展望。
[Abstract]:Consumption is the driving force of economic growth, in the development of the market economy today, improve the people's living standards, enrich people's material and cultural life, build a well-off society in an all-round way, can not do without consumption. People's consumption behavior is carried out in a certain environment, environmental quality is a very important factor affecting consumption quality. To create a good consumption environment is to promote the overall development of people. The important guarantee to ensure the good operation of the economy and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. However, the consumption environment in China is not satisfactory, especially in the rural areas. The reform and opening up to the outside world has been carried out for more than 30 years. Although China's rural areas have a rapid development, farmers' living standards have been greatly improved, but the rural consumption environment is far behind the city, there are many problems, such as the deterioration of the ecological environment, backward infrastructure construction. The existence of these problems seriously affects the consumption of farmers and hinders the development of rural economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the rural consumption environment. Based on the Marxist theory of consumer economy and the important theories of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the development of the environment, this paper combines the current situation of the development of rural consumer environment in China. This paper studies the rural consumption environment in China, analyzes the problems facing the development of rural consumption environment in China, and probes into the causes of these problems. Finally, explore the reasonable suggestions to improve the rural consumption environment in China. The paper is divided into five parts: chapter 1, introduction, introduces the research background and significance of this paper, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and finally introduces the innovation and deficiency of this paper and the research methods adopted; The second chapter introduces the consumption environment theory, which provides the theoretical basis for the research of the full text; The third chapter analyzes the achievements of the development of rural consumer environment in China, the problems faced, and the causes of these problems. On this basis, the fourth chapter puts forward some feasible suggestions for improving the rural consumption environment in China: the government strengthens the policy support, increases the capital investment to the countryside, and improves the rural infrastructure construction; Strengthen rural market construction and management, maintain market order, create a harmonious consumption environment; Develop rural economy, increase farmers' income, improve the construction of rural social security system, and solve farmers' worries; This paper changes farmers' consumption concept, trains new ideas of scientific consumption, guides farmers' rational consumption and standardizes rural consumption behavior. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect at the same time.
