【摘要】：人口流動作為一種特定的人口現(xiàn)象，一直備受各領(lǐng)域?qū)W者的關(guān)注�，F(xiàn)在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展正處于關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，都使得流動人口問題牽動社會的每根神經(jīng)。尤其是在北京這樣的大都市，流動人口所帶來的影響更加明顯，，也更顯重要。經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展，北京的流動人口發(fā)生了巨大變化，出現(xiàn)了很多重要的新特征。流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，是北京實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式根本轉(zhuǎn)變和保持經(jīng)濟(jì)社會穩(wěn)定健康持續(xù)發(fā)展所必須要解決的重大問題。本文將試圖引入經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法探討流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)的量化分析。 本文試圖分析北京市流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響，為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)，首先對人口流動和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的基本理論和國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行述評，然后具體分析北京市流動人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，采取定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法分析流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響，最后總結(jié)研究結(jié)論并提出積極發(fā)揮北京市流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)的正效應(yīng)的政策建議。 具體來看，本文可以分為六大部分，第一部分為導(dǎo)言，導(dǎo)言又包括五個(gè)小部分，他們是：本研究的背景怎樣，本研究的目的和意義為何，本研究采用的思路和方法，概念界定，本論文可能的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分為相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)綜述，在介紹相關(guān)理論時(shí)，筆者將具有代表性的馬克思主義人口流動理論、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的傳統(tǒng)模型、新勞動力遷移經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論進(jìn)行了簡單介紹，而在文獻(xiàn)綜述部分，并不是將所有有關(guān)人口流動的研究成果簡單羅列，而是選擇了與本文相關(guān)的研究人口流動對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響的重要觀點(diǎn)整理。第三部分為北京市流動人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的描述，在北京流動人口現(xiàn)狀部分，從流動人口地區(qū)分布、性別構(gòu)成、文化構(gòu)成、戶口登記地情況、遷移原因等五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行介紹，而在北京市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀描述部分，則從北京市地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、年均增長率、三次產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成等方面進(jìn)行闡述。文章的第四部分和第五部分為論文的核心部分，第四部分是模型的建立，基于有效勞動理論及C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)構(gòu)造流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率的測度模型，并結(jié)合北京實(shí)際給出各參數(shù)的估算方法。第五部分是北京市流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響實(shí)證研究，通過第四章所建立的模型，測算出1990-2011年北京市流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率，測算結(jié)果表明，流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率逐年提升，近10年均超過20%。第六部分為研究結(jié)論和政策建議，主要是積極發(fā)揮北京市流動人口對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的正效應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Population mobility as a specific population phenomenon has been concerned by scholars in various fields. Now China's economic and social development is in a critical period the transformation of economic growth mode and the adjustment of economic structure. The problem of floating population affects every nerve of the society. Especially in a big city like Beijing, the impact of floating population is more obvious and more important. After several ten years of development. Great changes have taken place in the floating population in Beijing, and many important new features have emerged. The impact of the floating population on the economy. It is an important problem for Beijing to realize the fundamental transformation of the mode of economic growth and to maintain the stable, healthy and sustainable development of economy and society. This paper will try to introduce the economic method to probe into the quantitative analysis of the contribution of floating population to the economy. . This paper attempts to analyze the impact of floating population on economic growth in Beijing. In order to achieve this goal, this paper reviews the basic theory of population mobility and economic growth and the relevant research literature at home and abroad. Then it analyzes the current situation of floating population and economic development in Beijing, and analyzes the impact of floating population on economic development by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Finally, it summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward some policy suggestions to give full play to the positive effect of the floating population in Beijing on the economy. Specifically, this paper can be divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, the introduction includes five small parts, they are: what is the background of this study, the purpose and significance of this study. This study uses ideas and methods, concept definition, the possible focus of this paper, difficulties and innovations. The second part is related theory and literature review, in the introduction of relevant theories. The author briefly introduces the representative Marxist theory of population mobility, the traditional model of development economics and the theory of new labor migration economics, while in the literature review part. Not all studies on population mobility are simply listed. The third part is the description of the floating population and economic development in Beijing, and the current situation of floating population in Beijing. From the floating population regional distribution, gender composition, cultural composition, registered residence status, migration reasons and other five aspects, and in the description of economic development in Beijing, from the gross domestic product of Beijing. The 4th and 5th parts of the paper are the core part of the paper, and the 4th part is the establishment of the model. Based on the effective labor theory and C-D production function, the paper constructs a model to measure the contribution of floating population to economic growth. The 5th part is an empirical study of the impact of floating population on economic growth in Beijing, through the model established in Chapter 4th. The contribution rate of floating population to economic growth in Beijing from 1990 to 2011 is calculated. The result shows that the contribution rate of floating population to economic growth is increasing year by year. In the last 10 years, it is more than 20. 6th part of the research conclusions and policy recommendations, mainly the positive effect of the floating population in Beijing on economic development policy advice.
