本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告主要以克勞德·香農(nóng)的信息論和紐馬克的交際翻譯理論為理論基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)對國外政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)書籍A World of Struggle:How Power,Law,and Expertise Shape Global Political Economy一書引言部分翻譯中所采取的翻譯策略和技巧。該書為全球治理的復(fù)雜性提供了一個(gè)內(nèi)部人士觀點(diǎn),揭示政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中專業(yè)知識扮演的角色,專家治理如何影響全球政治經(jīng)濟(jì)。此次翻譯實(shí)踐所選源文本主要概述專業(yè)知識如何運(yùn)作以及如何與法律、權(quán)力共同影響全球政治經(jīng)濟(jì)。源文本屬于信息型文本,用詞準(zhǔn)確精煉,但是句型比較復(fù)雜,涉及多種長難句。在以上翻譯理論的指導(dǎo)下,筆者希望譯文能幫助讀者獲得一些政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)知識。翻譯此類信息型文本的一項(xiàng)重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是以讀者為中心,充分考慮讀者的信道、信道容量、解碼能力與接受習(xí)慣等,使讀者能夠獲得與源文本讀者相似的閱讀體驗(yàn)。譯者在翻譯過程中使用增加目標(biāo)文本冗余成分、刪減源文本冗余成分和調(diào)整句子結(jié)構(gòu)等方法力求達(dá)到這個(gè)效果。報(bào)告主要由四個(gè)部分組成:項(xiàng)目介紹、源文本分析、翻譯難點(diǎn)和總結(jié)。
