【摘要】：從高等教育轉型實踐看,地方本科高校轉型呈現(xiàn)多種路徑:政府引導下向應用技術大學轉型,部分學者呼吁向教學服務型大學轉型,部分高校領導主張向成熟本科院校轉型。究其原因,政治經濟社會的全面轉型是高等教育轉型的外部環(huán)境,從封閉走向開放是高等教育轉型的外在要求,從追求規(guī)模到提升質量是高等教育轉型的內在邏輯。事實上,由管理向治理轉型是新形勢下地方本科高�？茖W定位與轉型的切入點或者前提,建立產學研合作人才培養(yǎng)模式是地方高校轉型的關鍵。
[Abstract]:From the practice of higher education transformation, the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities presents a variety of paths: under the guidance of the government, some scholars call for the transformation to teaching service-oriented universities, and some university leaders advocate the transformation to mature undergraduate colleges and universities. The reason is that the comprehensive transformation of political economy and society is the external environment of the transformation of higher education, from closed to open is the external requirement of the transformation of higher education, and from the pursuit of scale to the improvement of quality is the internal logic of the transformation of higher education. In fact, the transformation from management to governance is the starting point or premise of the scientific orientation and transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities under the new situation, and the establishment of the training mode of cooperative talents between industry, university and research is the key to the transformation of local colleges and universities.
