【摘要】：從高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型實(shí)踐看,地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型呈現(xiàn)多種路徑:政府引導(dǎo)下向應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型,部分學(xué)者呼吁向教學(xué)服務(wù)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型,部分高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)主張向成熟本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型。究其原因,政治經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的全面轉(zhuǎn)型是高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型的外部環(huán)境,從封閉走向開(kāi)放是高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型的外在要求,從追求規(guī)模到提升質(zhì)量是高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型的內(nèi)在邏輯。事實(shí)上,由管理向治理轉(zhuǎn)型是新形勢(shì)下地方本科高�？茖W(xué)定位與轉(zhuǎn)型的切入點(diǎn)或者前提,建立產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作人才培養(yǎng)模式是地方高校轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:From the practice of higher education transformation, the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities presents a variety of paths: under the guidance of the government, some scholars call for the transformation to teaching service-oriented universities, and some university leaders advocate the transformation to mature undergraduate colleges and universities. The reason is that the comprehensive transformation of political economy and society is the external environment of the transformation of higher education, from closed to open is the external requirement of the transformation of higher education, and from the pursuit of scale to the improvement of quality is the internal logic of the transformation of higher education. In fact, the transformation from management to governance is the starting point or premise of the scientific orientation and transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities under the new situation, and the establishment of the training mode of cooperative talents between industry, university and research is the key to the transformation of local colleges and universities.
