湘西土家族苗族自治州民族關(guān)系調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】：黨的十八大報告明確指出：“全面正確貫徹落實(shí)黨的民族政策，堅持和完善民族區(qū)域自治制度，深入開展民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步教育，加快民族地區(qū)發(fā)展，促進(jìn)各民族和睦相處、和衷共濟(jì)、和諧發(fā)展。”為將中央的精神落到實(shí)處，湘西土家族苗族自治州（以下簡稱湘西州）始終堅持各民族“平等、團(tuán)結(jié)、互助、和諧”的方針貫穿于民族工作的全過程，團(tuán)結(jié)各民族、凝聚人心、化解矛盾、理順情緒，為湘西州各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)I造了良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境。湘西州是一個典型的少數(shù)民族占多數(shù)的多民族聚居區(qū)，少數(shù)民族與漢族相互的文化適應(yīng)，以及如何構(gòu)建和諧民族關(guān)系，是我們調(diào)查研究的重中之重。因此，為全面掌握湘西州的民族關(guān)系發(fā)展情況和為本篇論文寫作搜集有力的支持材料，筆者于2013年7月中旬至8月末，深入湘西州，通過深度訪談、開座談會和收集資料等多種方法，對該地區(qū)土家、苗、漢族群眾的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及社會環(huán)境進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查研究。隨后，對所獲取的第一手材料進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的整理歸納與分析總結(jié)，并從馬克思主義民族理論與政策的視角，分析和探索了該地區(qū)民族關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，并提出了一些建議性的對策，以期促進(jìn)湘西州乃至全國自治地方民族關(guān)系的良性發(fā)展與和諧社會的構(gòu)建。 具體來說，，本篇論文由以下幾個部分構(gòu)成：引言，介紹了本篇論文的選題背景、意義和國內(nèi)民族關(guān)系的研究動態(tài)，闡述了本文的研究思路、方法、創(chuàng)新之處及在寫作過程中遇到的難點(diǎn)。第一章，簡要描述了湘西州的自然地理概況和民族人口分布，對湘西州歷代的建制沿革也進(jìn)行了敘述。重點(diǎn)對湘西州民族關(guān)系進(jìn)行了歷史回顧。第二章，從居住格局、民族意識、民族交往和族際通婚四個方面對湘西州進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查，獲得第一手資料，并得出結(jié)論。在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)概括出湘西州現(xiàn)階段的民族關(guān)系特點(diǎn)。第三章，概括了當(dāng)前湘西州民族關(guān)系發(fā)展中存在的主要問題，從歷史、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化和心理這五個角度對其進(jìn)行具體分析。第四章，對于如何促進(jìn)湘西州民族關(guān)系和諧發(fā)展提出了具體的建議，并對湘西州民族關(guān)系的未來發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行展望和預(yù)測。 總之，湘西州民族關(guān)系的主流是和諧的，符合當(dāng)前我國民族關(guān)系和諧穩(wěn)定的大趨勢，成績是可以肯定的。然而，從長遠(yuǎn)來看，湘西州民族關(guān)系發(fā)展過程中仍存在需要亟待解決的問題，有針對的對這些問題進(jìn)行解決，對促進(jìn)湘西州民族關(guān)系和諧發(fā)展具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) clearly points out: "comprehensively and correctly implement the party's ethnic policy, adhere to and improve the system of regional ethnic autonomy, deeply carry out education on national unity and progress, speed up the development of ethnic areas, and promote harmony among all ethnic groups." Work together and develop in harmony. " In order to put the spirit of the central government into practice, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as Xiangxi) has always adhered to the principle of "equality, unity, mutual assistance and harmony" of all ethnic groups throughout the whole process of ethnic work, uniting all ethnic groups and uniting the hearts of the people. Resolving contradictions and straightening out emotions has created a good development environment for the development of various undertakings in Xiangxi. Xiangxi is a typical multi-ethnic settlement with ethnic minorities. The cultural adaptation between ethnic minorities and Han nationality, as well as how to construct harmonious ethnic relations, is the most important thing in our investigation and research. Therefore, in order to fully grasp the development of ethnic relations in Xiangxi and collect strong supporting materials for the writing of this paper, the author went deep into Xiangxi from mid-July to the end of August 2013, through in-depth interviews. The political, economic and cultural development and social environment of Tujia, Miao and Han people in this area were investigated and studied in many ways, such as holding symposiums and collecting data. Then, the first-hand materials obtained are carefully sorted out, summarized and analyzed, and the present situation and existing problems of ethnic relations in this area are analyzed and explored from the perspective of Marxist ethnic theory and policy. Some countermeasures are put forward in order to promote the benign development of ethnic relations and the construction of harmonious society in Xiangxi and even the autonomous areas of China. Specifically, this paper is composed of the following parts: introduction, which introduces the background, significance and research trends of domestic ethnic relations, and expounds the research ideas and methods of this paper. Innovation and difficulties encountered in the process of writing. In the first chapter, the general situation of natural geography and the distribution of national population in Xiangxi are briefly described, and the evolution of the system in Xiangxi in the past dynasties is also described. This paper focuses on the historical review of ethnic relations in Xiangxi. In the second chapter, the field investigation is carried out in Xiangxi from four aspects: residential pattern, national consciousness, ethnic communication and interracial intermarriage, and the first-hand information is obtained, and the conclusion is drawn. On this basis, this paper summarizes the characteristics of ethnic relations in Xiangxi at the present stage. The third chapter summarizes the main problems existing in the development of ethnic relations in Xiangxi, and makes a concrete analysis from the five angles of history, economy, politics, culture and psychology. The fourth chapter puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to promote the harmonious development of ethnic relations in Xiangxi, and looks forward to and forecasts the future development trend of ethnic relations in Xiangxi. In a word, the mainstream of ethnic relations in Xiangxi is harmonious, in line with the current trend of harmonious and stable ethnic relations in China, and the achievements can be confirmed. However, in the long run, there are still some problems to be solved in the process of the development of ethnic relations in Xiangxi. It is of great significance to solve these problems in order to promote the harmonious development of ethnic relations in Xiangxi.
