當(dāng)代大學(xué)生紀(jì)律精神教育研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)改革使人們的思想出現(xiàn)了劇烈的轉(zhuǎn)變,尤其是自1999年高校擴(kuò)招后中國(guó)高校招生人數(shù)和錄取比例產(chǎn)生了跨越式變化。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的思想行為隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的浪潮和高等教育的普及呈現(xiàn)出新特點(diǎn)。 總的來(lái)看,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生精神思想狀況主流健康、積極、向上,但也不可否認(rèn),高校擴(kuò)招帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題首當(dāng)其沖便是大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的下降,伴隨著十年的擴(kuò)招,大學(xué)生的素質(zhì)危機(jī)、誠(chéng)信危機(jī)、價(jià)值觀危機(jī)給高等教育帶來(lái)了新的難題。 當(dāng)代大學(xué)生出現(xiàn)的多種問(wèn)題不僅源于高校擴(kuò)招,高校自身建設(shè)與大學(xué)生道德問(wèn)題的線性變化是高等教育發(fā)展中必然出現(xiàn)。然而當(dāng)代大學(xué)生缺乏自律,道德認(rèn)識(shí)和道德行為方面存在錯(cuò)位,,大學(xué)生時(shí)刻面對(duì)著現(xiàn)實(shí)與理想的差距,接受著社會(huì)正義與不良風(fēng)氣的考量。 大學(xué)生紀(jì)律精神教育,是一種通過(guò)主動(dòng)行為、意識(shí)和自我調(diào)節(jié)達(dá)到滿足的信念,是大學(xué)生精神成人、靈魂發(fā)育的重要環(huán)節(jié)。塑造和樹(shù)立良好的紀(jì)律精神,不僅是高等教育教育目的論的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,也是大學(xué)生完善人格,貢獻(xiàn)社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)準(zhǔn)則。 本研究采用文獻(xiàn)研究法,主要從羅素的教育觀,加之迪爾凱姆的紀(jì)律精神把握紀(jì)律精神的內(nèi)涵,解釋大學(xué)生紀(jì)律精神教育的本質(zhì)和意義;其次,對(duì)大學(xué)生的精神生活現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行考察,探索期缺失紀(jì)律精神教育的原因,最后,針對(duì)原因提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the social, political and economic reform has brought about a drastic change in people's thinking, especially since the expansion of enrollment in 1999, the enrollment and admission ratio of colleges and universities in China have changed by leaps and bounds. With the tide of market economy and the popularization of higher education, the ideological behavior of contemporary college students presents new characteristics. Generally speaking, the mental and ideological status of contemporary college students is healthy, positive and upward, but there is no denying that the first problem brought about by the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities is the decline in the overall quality of college students, accompanied by the expansion of enrollment for ten years. College students' quality crisis, credit crisis and value crisis have brought new problems to higher education. Many problems of contemporary college students not only come from the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, but also the linear changes of self-construction of colleges and universities and moral problems of college students are inevitable in the development of higher education. However, the contemporary college students lack of self-discipline, moral awareness and moral behavior are misplaced, college students always face the gap between reality and ideals, accept the consideration of social justice and bad atmosphere. The discipline spirit education of college students is a kind of belief which is satisfied through active behavior, consciousness and self-regulation. It is also an important link in the development of spiritual adult and soul of college students. Shaping and setting up a good spirit of discipline is not only the way to realize the teleology of higher education, but also the basic criterion for college students to perfect their personality and contribute to the society. This research adopts the literature research method, explains the essence and significance of the discipline spirit education of college students from Russell's view of education and Dierkem's discipline spirit to grasp the connotation of the discipline spirit; Secondly, to investigate the current situation of college students' spiritual life, to explore the reasons for the lack of disciplinary spirit education, and finally, to put forward countermeasures for the reasons.
