【摘要】：土地問題既是經(jīng)濟(jì)問題也是政治問題。土地所有權(quán)分割作為土地所有權(quán)制度設(shè)計(jì)和變遷的重要基礎(chǔ),是土地政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)問題關(guān)系的"粘合劑"。"農(nóng)地兩級所有權(quán)"有利于我國農(nóng)村土地政治經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)問題的解決。
[Abstract]:The land problem is not only an economic problem but also a political one. As an important basis for the design and change of land ownership system, the division of land ownership is the "adhesive" of the relationship between land politics and economy, and the "two-level ownership of farmland" is conducive to solving the problems related to the political and economic of rural land in China.
