“陪都時期”對重慶科技思想發(fā)展和傳播的影響

【摘要】:科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力,科學(xué)產(chǎn)生出來的社會價值是人類發(fā)展和進步的最大推動力,每個特定區(qū)域和時期內(nèi)的科技傳播和發(fā)展都能夠?qū)ξ覀冄芯亢桶盐湛茖W(xué)的規(guī)律提供借鑒。著名哲學(xué)家培根說過“知識的力量不僅取決于它自身價值的大小,更取決于它是否被傳播以及被傳播的廣度與深度”。科技必須要經(jīng)過傳播和發(fā)展才能為社會發(fā)展提供必要的基礎(chǔ),而且,科技在社會化、共享化之后能夠為人類的文明和進步提供堅實的階梯。所以對科技傳播和發(fā)展的研究的重要性是不會因為時間、地域的差異而改變的。科技傳播能夠提高工作的基本科學(xué)素養(yǎng)和科學(xué)意識,這些素養(yǎng)和意識在一定情境下能夠轉(zhuǎn)化成為生產(chǎn)力,對推動人類社會的進步具有積極的作用?萍荚诎l(fā)展和傳播過程中也能夠通過自身理論的不斷更新和技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展而取得進步,同時在這個過程中也會因為這一系列的變化帶動整個社會文化、民眾精神及生活的改變。任何事物的發(fā)展都是在曲折中不斷向前,發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)緩慢和倒退都是正,F(xiàn)象。我們對科技傳播和發(fā)展的研究另外一個現(xiàn)實意義就是希望能夠借鑒已有的歷史失敗經(jīng)驗將科技傳播和發(fā)展過程中的負面影響降到最低,從而使整個社會不斷向前進步。 本文的研究范疇屬于科學(xué)技術(shù)哲學(xué)視域下的科學(xué)技術(shù)與社會(STS)的實用性研究。文章的主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)分為以下五部分:第一章分為三個小節(jié)對科技的發(fā)展及其傳播進行了理論闡述,以此作為整個文章的理論研究基礎(chǔ)。第一小節(jié)對科學(xué)發(fā)展的四種動力學(xué)模型進行了簡要評述,即理性模型,競爭模型,社會-文化模型和拓展性轉(zhuǎn)譯模型;第二小節(jié)探討了科學(xué)技術(shù)與社會研究的三個研究維度,即科學(xué)知識社會學(xué)(SSK),科學(xué)技術(shù)與社會價值、文化觀念和集體心理之間的關(guān)系,以及科學(xué)技術(shù)民主化的探索;第三節(jié)就本文研究的重點內(nèi)容所涉及到的影響科技發(fā)展和傳播因素進行分析闡述。第二章作為抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶變化的事實性背景描述的章節(jié),也是文章的重點章節(jié),分別從科技傳播和發(fā)展的幾個主要因素,即人力、物力、才力、政策指導(dǎo)等方面進行了闡述。本章從國民政府遷都重慶,科技機構(gòu)、團體和高校遷入重慶,社會經(jīng)濟方面,國民政府政策方面和民眾接受知識模式角度等幾個方面進行討論。第三章從第一章理論分析中涉及到的影響科技發(fā)展和傳播的因素角度出發(fā),將陪都時期重慶科技和發(fā)展進行了詳細地梳理,本章是文章的難點章節(jié)。第一節(jié)通過對國民政府政治方面的作用分析了抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶科技發(fā)展和傳播;第二節(jié)從經(jīng)濟發(fā)展角度進行了匯總和梳理;第三節(jié)選取了內(nèi)遷科研和教育機構(gòu)、團體為主要梳理內(nèi)容,對這幾方面涉及到的與抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶科技傳播和發(fā)展進行了論述;第四節(jié)將圖書館作了重點梳理,從遷入和新建圖書館的角度入手,分析了抗戰(zhàn)時期圖書館的重要作用;第五節(jié)將抗戰(zhàn)時期的民間力量作為關(guān)注點,選取了最具有代表性的民間實業(yè)家和教育家作為寫作對象;本章最后一小節(jié)從民眾日常生活中的穿、住、行、生活狀態(tài)進行了簡要梳理,并將其中的科技傳播和發(fā)展進行了簡要論述。第四章作為文章的最具現(xiàn)實意義的分析章節(jié),分別從戰(zhàn)后的經(jīng)濟、政治、軍工、高校、科研團體機構(gòu)、博物館、圖書館、檔案館、民眾生活等六個方面對重慶科技傳播和發(fā)展的影響進行了簡要分析,其中包含了正面影響和負面影響。第五章就全文的研究內(nèi)容和結(jié)論進行準(zhǔn)確、完整、精練的總結(jié)。 本文通過參考文獻閱讀法、綜合分析法等研究方法就文章研究的內(nèi)容進行了系統(tǒng)寫作,最后得出如下結(jié)論:科技的傳播和發(fā)展一方面源于科技本身被人們所認識和接受的程度,另外一方面更多的是合理且正確的科技發(fā)展需要整個社會各階層、各領(lǐng)域和行業(yè)的行動作為支撐,比如國家科技政策制定、科研機構(gòu)的推動、教育對科技從業(yè)者的培養(yǎng)等多方面內(nèi)容。本文的工作在于通過對影響科技發(fā)展和傳播的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化傳媒、軍工業(yè)等因素的綜合論述與分析,結(jié)合戰(zhàn)時重慶科技發(fā)展和傳播的現(xiàn)狀,可以作為STS中科技傳播與發(fā)展理論的案例研究,也為重慶戰(zhàn)后及現(xiàn)當(dāng)代的科技發(fā)展和傳播研究提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Science and technology is the first productive force, the social value produced by science is the greatest driving force of human development and progress, and the scientific and technological communication and development in each specific region and period can provide reference for us to study and grasp the law of science. The famous philosopher, Bacon, said the "The power of knowledge depends not only on the size of its own value, but also on whether it is propagated and the breadth and depth of the propagation". Science and technology must be spread and developed to provide the necessary foundation for social development, and science and technology can provide a solid step for civilization and progress of mankind after socialization and sharing. Therefore, the importance of the research on the transmission and development of science and technology is not changed because of the difference of time and region. The dissemination of science and technology can improve the basic scientific literacy and scientific consciousness of the work, which can be transformed into productivity in a certain situation, and has a positive effect on the advancement of human society. In the process of development and communication, science and technology can also make progress through the constant updating of its own theory and the continuous development of technology, and in this process, the whole society culture, the people's spirit and the change of life will be driven by the series of changes. The development of everything is moving forward in the twists and turns, and the slow and backward development in the development is normal. Another practical significance of our study on the dissemination and development of science and technology is to be able to draw on the experience of historical failure to minimize the negative impact of science and technology in the process of science and technology and to make the whole society progress continuously. The research category of this paper is the practical research of the science and technology and the society (STS) under the visual field of science and technology. The main contents and structure of the article are divided into five parts: the first chapter is divided into three sub-sections, the development of science and technology and the propagation of science and technology are set forth, as a theoretical study base of the whole article The first section makes a brief review of the four dynamics models of scientific development, that is, the rational model, the competition model, the social-cultural model and the extension translation model, and the second section discusses the three research dimensions of the science and technology and the social research, that is, the scientific knowledge sociology (SSK The relationship between science and technology and social value, cultural concept and collective psychology, as well as the exploration of the democratization of science and technology; and the analysis of the influence of science and technology on the development of science and technology and the factors of communication in the third section. The second chapter, as a section of the factual background of the change of Chongqing during the period of Anti-Japanese War, is also the key section of the article, from the main factors of science and technology communication and development, namely, manpower, material resources, talent, policy guidance and so on. This chapter discusses some aspects such as the migration of the national government to Chongqing, the scientific and technological institutions, the groups and the universities to move into the Chongqing, the social and economic aspects, the policy of the national government and the people's acceptance of the knowledge pattern. On the basis of the factors that affect the development of science and technology and the spread of science and technology, the third chapter is to comb the technology and development of Chongqing in detail, and this chapter is the difficult chapter of the article. The first section analyzes the development and dissemination of Chongqing's science and technology during the Anti-Japanese War through its role in the political aspect of the national government; the second section summarizes and combs the economic development angle; and the third section selects the internal and foreign scientific research and education institutions, and the group is the main card The paper discusses the communication and development of the science and technology in Chongqing during the period of the Anti-Japanese War, which is related to the aspects of the Anti-Japanese War. The fourth section focuses on the library, and analyzes the important work of the library during the Anti-Japanese War from the angle of the moving in and the new library. In this paper, the author systematically writes the contents of the article through the methods of reference reading and comprehensive analysis. In the light of the present situation of science and technology development and communication in wartime, this paper can be used as a case of the theory of science and technology communication and development in STS. The study also provides a reference for the development and dissemination of science and technology in the post-war and present-day period of Chongqing
