基于目的論的英漢專有名詞翻譯對(duì)比研究

【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放的深入發(fā)展加快了國(guó)際間的交流與合作,世界各國(guó)的聯(lián)系與發(fā)展也更為緊密,中國(guó)與世界各國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等多方面也取得了突破性的發(fā)展。英語(yǔ)作為國(guó)際的通用語(yǔ)言,開(kāi)始深入影響中國(guó)人的學(xué)習(xí)、工作和生活。專有名詞是指表示人名、地名、電影名和機(jī)構(gòu)團(tuán)體名稱為主的具有特殊意義的名詞或名詞詞組。隨著國(guó)際間信息的頻繁交流,越來(lái)越多的專有名詞出現(xiàn)在人們的生活和工作之中。歷史原因、文化背景及不同的生活習(xí)慣導(dǎo)致了中國(guó)大陸和港臺(tái)地區(qū)在語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用上存在著差異,不同的翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法也使其在專有名詞的翻譯上存在較多的不同。隨著兩岸三地的統(tǒng)一和經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的不斷交流與發(fā)展,專有名詞不同的翻譯版本在一定程度上也阻礙了兩岸三地的交流與發(fā)展。本文第一章介紹了文章的研究背景、研究意義和文章的結(jié)構(gòu);第二章在查閱了大量相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)目的論及專有名詞的相關(guān)研究;第三章介紹了目的論及目的論的三個(gè)原則,專有名詞的定義及其特征;第四章作者對(duì)比分析了人名、地名和電影名在中國(guó)大陸、香港、臺(tái)灣的不同翻譯版本,在目的論三個(gè)原則的的指導(dǎo)下,分別闡述了差異產(chǎn)生的原因,并提供了相應(yīng)的翻譯策略。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出了如下結(jié)論:第一,由于不同的歷史原因、文化背景及生活習(xí)慣,大陸、香港和臺(tái)灣采用不同的翻譯策略,有其必然性和合理性。第二,語(yǔ)言的統(tǒng)一對(duì)民族的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看,在允許求同存異的基礎(chǔ)上,有必要規(guī)范和統(tǒng)一兩岸三地關(guān)于專有名詞的翻譯。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of reform and opening up, the international exchanges and cooperation have been speeded up, and the contact and development of all countries in the world have become closer. China and other countries have also made a breakthrough in politics, economy, culture and so on. As an international language, English has a deep influence on the study, work and life of Chinese people. Proper nouns refer to nouns or noun phrases with special meaning which denote personal names, place names, film names and organization names. With the frequent exchange of international information, more and more proper nouns appear in people's life and work. Historical reasons, cultural backgrounds and different living habits lead to differences in the use of language between mainland China and Hong Kong and Taiwan. Different translation standards and methods also make them different in the translation of proper nouns. With the reunification of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and the economy, the continuous exchange and development of culture, the translation of different proper nouns has also hindered the exchanges and development of the three places to a certain extent. The first chapter introduces the research background, the significance and the structure of the article, the second chapter summarizes the relevant research on the purpose and proper nouns at home and abroad on the basis of consulting a lot of relevant data. Chapter three introduces the three principles of Skopos theory, the definition and characteristics of proper nouns. In chapter 4, the author compares and analyzes the different translation versions of people's names, place names and movie titles in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Under the guidance of the Skopos Theory, the author explains the causes of the differences and provides the corresponding translation strategies. The conclusions are as follows: first, due to different historical reasons, cultural backgrounds and living habits, different translation strategies adopted by the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan have their own inevitability and rationality. Second, the unity of language is of great importance to the development of the nation. In the long run, it is necessary to standardize and unify the translation of proper nouns in the three places on both sides of the strait on the basis of seeking common ground while reserving differences.
