【摘要】：首府烏魯木齊地處亞洲大陸地理中心,是全疆政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技文化中心,是中國西部對外開放的重要門戶,是我國向西對外經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作交流和貿(mào)易往來的窗口�！敖z綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”的提出作為經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的產(chǎn)物,為烏魯木齊的發(fā)展帶來了新的契機(jī),隨著建設(shè)“國際商貿(mào)城”戰(zhàn)略的實施,烏魯木齊向西開放、發(fā)展為國際城市的目標(biāo)逐漸清晰。近年來城市國際貿(mào)易和交流發(fā)展迅速,區(qū)域影響力擴(kuò)大到中亞西亞,已經(jīng)具有區(qū)域性國際城市的特征。本文在廣泛查閱和整理大量有關(guān)國際化城市的理論文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法,闡述了相關(guān)理論概述,包括國際化城市的內(nèi)涵、分類及一般性評價指標(biāo);闡述了建設(shè)國際化城市對于首府烏魯木齊的重要意義;論述了烏魯木齊國際化城市建設(shè)所具備的四大優(yōu)勢及現(xiàn)狀,從四個方面分析了目前采取的措施;從七個方面對烏魯木齊國際化城市建設(shè)取得的成效給出了評價,并提出適合本地實際的評價指標(biāo),此外,分析了烏魯木齊國際化城市建設(shè)目前仍存在的問題;明確了烏魯木齊國際化城市建設(shè)的目標(biāo)定位,提出了以五大中心建設(shè)為引領(lǐng)推動烏魯木齊國際化城市建設(shè)的相關(guān)對策建議,最后提出了加強(qiáng)烏魯木齊國際化城市建設(shè)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Urumqi, located in the geographical center of the Asian continent, is the political, economic, scientific and technological and cultural center of Xinjiang, an important gateway to the opening up of western China, and a window for China's economic and technological cooperation and trade with the west. As a product of economic globalization, the "Silk Road Economic Belt" has brought a new opportunity for the development of Urumqi. With the implementation of the strategy of "International Trade City", Urumqi opened to the west. The goal of becoming an international city is becoming clearer. In recent years, urban international trade and exchange have developed rapidly, and regional influence has been extended to Central Asia and West Asia, which has the characteristics of regional international cities. On the basis of extensively consulting and sorting out a large number of theoretical documents about internationalized cities, this paper mainly uses the literature analysis method and the data statistics method to expound the relevant theoretical overview, including the connotation, classification and general evaluation index of internationalized cities. This paper expounds the importance of building an international city to the capital Urumqi, discusses the four advantages and the present situation of the construction of an international city in Urumqi, and analyzes the measures taken at present from four aspects. This paper evaluates the achievements of Urumqi's internationalization city construction from seven aspects, and puts forward the evaluation index suitable for the local reality. In addition, it analyzes the problems existing in Urumqi's internationalization city construction at present. This paper clarifies the target orientation of Urumqi's international city construction, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the Urumqi internationalization city construction with the five major centers' construction as the guide. Finally, it puts forward the guarantee measures to strengthen Urumqi's international city construction.
