【摘要】：中國對拉美投資正在成為中拉經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的一個新亮點,拉美已經(jīng)成為中國企業(yè)"走出去"的重要目的地。中國企業(yè)在拉美投資建業(yè)面臨政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、環(huán)境等方面風(fēng)險。為有效應(yīng)對風(fēng)險和挑戰(zhàn),應(yīng)特別從拉美政治生態(tài)、市場環(huán)境調(diào)研入手,嚴(yán)格按照國際通行規(guī)章和相關(guān)法律法規(guī)行事,創(chuàng)建多元合作方式,簽署國家層面的雙邊和多邊投資保護協(xié)定,保障投資利益和安全。
[Abstract]:Chinese investment in Latin America is becoming a new bright spot in the development of economic and trade relations between China and Latin America, which has become an important destination for Chinese enterprises to "go out". Chinese enterprises in Latin America face political, economic, social and environmental risks. In order to deal with risks and challenges effectively, we should start with the research of Latin American political ecology and market environment, act strictly in accordance with international regulations and relevant laws and regulations, and create a pluralistic mode of cooperation. Signing bilateral and multilateral investment protection agreements at the national level to safeguard investment interests and security.
