[Abstract]:During the Qin and Han dynasties, China had frequent exchanges with countries along the Silk Road. With the political, economic, cultural, war and diplomatic exchanges, the East and West sports and cultural exchanges have become increasingly close, which is reflected in the stone relief in the Han Dynasty. In the course of the exchange between the two sides, Chinese traditional weapons such as sword, and so on spread to Japan, North Korea, and even the Great Qin Dynasty in Europe. Some sports, such as Jiao, Cuju, polo, health, etc. spread to Japan, North Korea, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries. Moreover, yoga, acrobatics, and health-keeping techniques along the Silk Road spread to China. During the Qin and Han dynasties, the exchange of sports culture between China and the countries along the Silk Road was interactive and two-way, which not only strengthened the political, economic and diplomatic exchanges between the two sides, but also promoted the development of both sides' sports culture.
