【摘要】：本文采用史料考證法、比較研究法、史實(shí)考證與理論分析結(jié)合的方法,研究了朱德的軍事技術(shù)思想與實(shí)踐。全文共包括七部分： 緒論部分回顧總結(jié)了學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于朱德軍事技術(shù)思想的研究現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)朱德軍事技術(shù)思想研究的缺失,指出朱德軍事技術(shù)思想是朱德軍事思想重要組成部分,并就選題的意義、研究方法、研究思路與重難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。 論文首先探討了朱德的軍事技術(shù)思想的形成與發(fā)展的歷史條件及進(jìn)程。闡明近代中外軍事技術(shù)的懸殊、中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不平衡和朱德的特殊閱歷是朱德軍事技術(shù)思想形成的歷史條件；朱德軍事技術(shù)思想是朱德同志從我國(guó)我軍的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),創(chuàng)造性地運(yùn)用馬克思主義的基本原理,在長(zhǎng)期領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民軍隊(duì)、革命和建設(shè)的實(shí)踐中,逐步形成和發(fā)展的,并分析這一思想的初步產(chǎn)生、基本形成和系統(tǒng)完善三個(gè)大的時(shí)期,認(rèn)為從1909年入云南講武堂到1928年朱毛會(huì)師是朱德軍事技術(shù)思想萌芽時(shí)期；從1928朱德會(huì)師到1949年新中國(guó)成立,是朱德軍事技術(shù)思想基本形成時(shí)期。新中國(guó)成立后,針對(duì)人民解放軍的歷史使命的深刻變化,圍繞建設(shè)一支現(xiàn)代化的國(guó)防武裝力量而進(jìn)一步升華了其軍事技術(shù)思想。 然后,從朱德軍事技術(shù)地位思想、軍事技術(shù)訓(xùn)練教育思想和軍事工業(yè)建設(shè)思想等三個(gè)方面分別進(jìn)行了闡述。朱德的軍事技術(shù)的地位思想的主要表現(xiàn)：“技術(shù)是戰(zhàn)術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)”是朱德以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合根據(jù)地經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)落后、武器繳獲成為主要來(lái)源且兵源以科學(xué)文化落后的農(nóng)民為主的工農(nóng)武裝實(shí)際,強(qiáng)調(diào)軍事技術(shù)對(duì)人民戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)術(shù)決定性作用；朱德關(guān)于政治合格后、技術(shù)決定一切的思想不僅肯定了軍事技術(shù)在現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中的地位,而且突出了技術(shù)在人民軍隊(duì)建設(shè)中的戰(zhàn)略地位；朱德關(guān)于勇敢加技術(shù)就戰(zhàn)無(wú)不勝的思想,避免了過(guò)去將勇敢和技術(shù)割裂的片面思想,將勇敢和技術(shù)作為人民軍隊(duì)建設(shè)的根本要求。 朱德的軍事技術(shù)教育訓(xùn)練思想與實(shí)踐主要體現(xiàn)在：首先,辦好軍事學(xué)校是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的、永久性的建設(shè)任務(wù)的思想指導(dǎo)下,考察了在經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)落后的根據(jù)地,從無(wú)到有、從綜合到特種人才教育的艱難發(fā)展歷程。其次,考察了朱德關(guān)于軍事技術(shù)教育訓(xùn)練主體、對(duì)象、內(nèi)容等方面的基本思想和原則：如軍事技術(shù)教育訓(xùn)練必須從實(shí)際出發(fā)的思想與實(shí)踐；軍事技術(shù)訓(xùn)練關(guān)鍵在于干部的學(xué)習(xí)思想與實(shí)踐；軍事訓(xùn)練中的分級(jí)負(fù)責(zé)和訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中的官兵互訓(xùn)的技術(shù)民主思想與實(shí)踐等。 朱德軍事工業(yè)建設(shè)思想主要體現(xiàn)在：軍事工業(yè)是朱德軍事技術(shù)思想賴以產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展的重要工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。主要闡明了朱德關(guān)于兵工廠建設(shè)在人民軍隊(duì)建設(shè)中的重要地位的思想；指導(dǎo)人民兵工工業(yè)從無(wú)到有,從小到大的建設(shè)思想與實(shí)踐；關(guān)于人民兵工管理的思想與實(shí)踐；關(guān)于向世界學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)軍事技術(shù)促進(jìn)中國(guó)國(guó)防現(xiàn)代化的思想與實(shí)踐。 論文還分析了朱德軍事技術(shù)思想的特點(diǎn)和地位。通過(guò)跟毛澤東比較,探討朱德軍事技術(shù)思想的人民性、時(shí)代性、實(shí)踐性和創(chuàng)新性的特點(diǎn)；朱德軍事技術(shù)思想不僅在理論上豐富毛澤東軍事思想,而且在實(shí)踐中指導(dǎo)人民兵工和人民軍隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了從無(wú)到有、從弱到強(qiáng)、從落后到現(xiàn)代化的歷史跨越。 論文最后指出了軍事技術(shù)思想與實(shí)踐研究的學(xué)術(shù)意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)理論意義,同時(shí)也指出了要挖掘新的史料,進(jìn)一步研究朱德關(guān)于軍民兩用、軍事技術(shù)人才、軍事技術(shù)發(fā)展等思想,深化朱德與毛澤東的比較研究。
