【摘要】：正[編者按]2016年,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇依然緩慢且不均衡,國(guó)際貿(mào)易和投資疲弱,增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力不足,受貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義抬頭、逆經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)加劇、歐元區(qū)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)困局等影響,全球生產(chǎn)率降低、創(chuàng)新受阻,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)仍處于"低增長(zhǎng)陷阱"。在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)不景氣的大背景下,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可謂"風(fēng)景這邊獨(dú)好"。2016年是我國(guó)全面建成小康社會(huì)決勝階段的開局之年,也是推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的攻堅(jiān)之年。中國(guó)積極適應(yīng)和引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài),堅(jiān)持全面
