長(zhǎng)春拖拉機(jī)廠工業(yè)建筑保護(hù)與利用研究

【摘要】：由于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展，加快了城市化的進(jìn)程，而舊工業(yè)建筑就如同一面鏡子，見(jiàn)證著城市的歷史，對(duì)其進(jìn)行合理的保護(hù)利用既是對(duì)人類歷史發(fā)展的尊重，也是城市發(fā)展的需要。拼貼歷史與生命力的再創(chuàng)造即是本文的寫(xiě)作緣起。長(zhǎng)春雖是東北重工業(yè)基地之一，但在多年的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要求下，大量具有保護(hù)價(jià)值的工業(yè)建筑遭到人為破壞和拆除，本文分析了多年以來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)建筑保護(hù)再利用的理論研究發(fā)展變化以及所得經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以此為長(zhǎng)春拖拉機(jī)廠工業(yè)建筑的保護(hù)與再利用發(fā)展提供一個(gè)可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。并調(diào)查分析了長(zhǎng)春工業(yè)建筑現(xiàn)狀，為長(zhǎng)春拖拉機(jī)廠區(qū)內(nèi)廢舊建筑的更新與使用指導(dǎo)方向。 長(zhǎng)拖廢棄舊工業(yè)建筑場(chǎng)地所富有的工業(yè)價(jià)值，雖不具有文物建筑所特有的保護(hù)價(jià)值高度，但其廠區(qū)的建立、發(fā)展與最后的衰退都是該廠區(qū)的一部工業(yè)歷史電影，反映了長(zhǎng)春在那一特定時(shí)期的工業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r；長(zhǎng)拖從建廠初期到企業(yè)成就輝煌，直到最后的破產(chǎn)倒閉，都反映了黨和國(guó)家各個(gè)時(shí)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策方向。從這一方面來(lái)看，長(zhǎng)拖工業(yè)建筑地段本應(yīng)該得到整體的保護(hù)，進(jìn)而為在這里生活過(guò)的人們提供一個(gè)可供回憶的且具工業(yè)特征的場(chǎng)所。然而由于政治經(jīng)濟(jì)策略的需要、利益的驅(qū)使以及人們?cè)诔跏茧A段并未對(duì)這些遭到廢棄的工業(yè)建筑地區(qū)地段的足夠重視，長(zhǎng)拖地段得到全面保留的可能性已經(jīng)微乎其微。在這種情況下，只有部分場(chǎng)地的片段及場(chǎng)地肌理還有被留存的可能性，為人們留下一些可供追憶過(guò)去的建筑片斷。 調(diào)查研究了長(zhǎng)春拖拉機(jī)廠的歷史興衰發(fā)展過(guò)程，廠區(qū)所在城市中的定位、廠區(qū)規(guī)劃特色以及現(xiàn)今場(chǎng)地內(nèi)建筑現(xiàn)狀、綠化現(xiàn)狀等；歸納總結(jié)出兩級(jí)建筑保護(hù)利用方案（即分為一級(jí)保護(hù)和二級(jí)保護(hù)），同時(shí)對(duì)不利于整體保留保護(hù)的建筑建設(shè)性提出一些功能置換的設(shè)想。在文章結(jié)尾，根據(jù)以上分析內(nèi)容，擬作了一套保護(hù)利用方案，將地段內(nèi)最具工業(yè)特征的建筑改造成社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心。 最后通過(guò)本文的研究，希望在未來(lái)給長(zhǎng)春舊工業(yè)建筑改造再利用提供可參考意見(jiàn)，呼吁建筑業(yè)減少建筑的大拆大建，減少環(huán)境的污染以及為長(zhǎng)春本土人士提供可熟悉、可回憶的棲息場(chǎng)所。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy and society has accelerated the process of urbanization, and the old industrial buildings are like a mirror, witness the history of the city, and it is the respect for the historical development of mankind to protect and utilize it reasonably. It is also the need of urban development. The recreation of collage history and vitality is the origin of this paper. Although Changchun is one of the northeast heavy industrial bases, under the request of economic development for many years, a large number of industrial buildings with protective value have been destroyed and demolished artificially. This paper analyzes the development and development of the theory of protection and reuse of industrial buildings at home and abroad over the years and the experience gained, which provides a reference experience for the protection and reuse of industrial buildings in Changchun Tractor Factory. The present situation of Changchun industrial building is investigated and analyzed, which is the direction of renewal and use of abandoned buildings in Changchun tractor factory area. Although the industrial value of the long-drag-old industrial construction site does not have the special protection value of the cultural relic buildings, the establishment, development and final decline of the factory site are all an industrial historical film of the factory site. It reflects the industrial development of Changchun in that particular period, and the economic policy direction of the Party and the country in every period, from the beginning of the establishment of the factory to the brilliant achievements of the enterprises, until the final bankruptcy and bankruptcy. In this respect, long haul industrial buildings should have been protected as a whole, thus providing a place of recall and industrial identity for those who have lived here. However, due to the need of political and economic strategies, the drive of interests and the lack of sufficient attention to these abandoned industrial construction areas in the initial stage, the possibility of the long haul areas being fully preserved is very slim. In this case, only parts of the site and the texture of the site still have the possibility of being preserved, leaving people with some architectural fragments that can be reminiscent of the past. This paper investigates the historical development process of Changchun tractor factory, the location in the city where the factory is located, the planning characteristics of the factory area, the present situation of buildings in the field and the present situation of greening, etc. This paper sums up the utilization scheme of the two-level building protection (that is, the primary protection and the second protection), and puts forward some constructive ideas of function replacement for the buildings which are not conducive to the overall preservation and protection. At the end of the article, according to the above analysis, a set of protection and utilization scheme is proposed to transform the most industrial buildings in the area into community activity centers. Finally, through the research of this paper, I hope to provide some useful suggestions for the reuse of old industrial buildings in Changchun in the future, and call on the construction industry to reduce the demolition and construction of buildings, reduce the pollution of the environment and provide familiarity for the local people in Changchun.
